Very disappointed. Difficult finding the guide. They text on the What’s Up app a different meeting location rather than what is listed on Viator and tickets. Did not know we needed to use the App to communicate with guide for meeting place with a clear instructions on ticket/ Viator. Did not have this problem with prior tours. Was suppose to be privileged access; however, we waited in line to enter and had no Dome access. This is after we paid for a Viator tour on Wednesday of all 3 sites and was unable to enter St. Peter’s because of the Pope’s audience. So we paid for another special tour to have the remaining experience. It was a disappointed tour and I asked for a refund. Now the guide is leaving me messages on the What’s Up app about my request for a refund. I had to block her.

Do not miss out on this private guided tour experience! Especially if you are a first-time visitor to the Vatican. The cost was not very expensive for a small group of people and learning about everything inside Saint Peter's Basilica. It was my second time visiting but I'm really glad we took this tour because our guide shared a lot more history than I thought. Our guide also made it clear that we were also able to stay inside Saint Peter's Basilica after the tour concluded where you will have the chance to purchase tickets to walk or take the elevator into the dome, for a small fee. Highly recommend this tour and hope to seek out their other tours when I come back to visit again!

Our visit to St. Peter’s was truly unforgettable. Our guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm and engaging, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The specialized entry to the basilica was a fantastic touch that allowed us to make the most of our time. Sandra did an excellent job coordinating everything and kept us well-informed throughout the process, making it seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this tour and service to anyone looking for a memorable and well-organized experience.

This was the one experience that caught my eye as being really exceptional. We arrived early at the site where we were to pick up tickets. We waited over an hour. We then moved to the area where the tour was to begin. Again, we waited over an hour. We tried calling with no response. Eventually we gave up and left. I emailed the company and they stated that "the tour guide had a problem." Now, they are refusing to give us a refund. They stated "they called us several times." This was well after the excursions time and date. In addition, we are in Rome. Communication needed to be by text or email. I have emailed them several times and they stated that they will not provide this refund. Viator, please step up and solve this issue for us. It is clear the fault is the company's.

Incredible tour with such an amazing guide! I forget her name but she was Argentinian. She was so knowledgable and interactive and kind. She really made the tour so special for us! Thank you!

The tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Sandra was very personable. She showed us the most important monuments in the basilica and illustrated the history of the building and the major works of art, including the Pieta. She also showed us the tombs of the Popes and gave us some time to pray in front of Saint Peter’s grave.. After the visit she explained to us how to cross the Holy Door. Definitely recommend it!
