Uw deskundige gids zal de geschiedenis van de begraafplaats delen en de beeldhouwwerken en grafkunst uitleggen. Een Segway-tour op de begraafplaats bestrijkt de begraafplaats van hoek tot hoek en neemt het meer dan 100 hectare grote landgoed in beslag. Een ervaring die je nooit zult vergeten!

Ontmoet ons op Bonaventure Cemetery, Bonaventure Road 330, aankomst 15 minuten. Zodra we elkaar ontmoeten op de begraafplaats, trainen we je op de Segway en gaan we op een sereen avontuur door de tijd. Als je door de begraafplaats loopt, leer je haar geschiedenis kennen, bezoek je een paar beroemde graven, Johnny Mercer, Conrad Aiken en, natuurlijk, Gracie Watson! Deze begraafplaats ligt aan de Wilmington River met prachtig uitzicht op de rivier! Een bezoek aan Savannah is niet compleet zonder een Segway-tour over deze begraafplaats

Neil was great! Wife and I had a blast learning to ride a Segway and going thru the tour. I wanted to go back thru it again.

We were really looking forward to visiting Bonaventure cemetery and having the experience on Segways with Neil as our guide made it even better! Neil provides a safe experience with the Segways especially for beginners. He provided several stops during the tour to provide interesting history and facts about the cemetery. I highly recommend this experience. It has been the highlight of our trip to Savannah!

Comfortable shoes, bring your own helmet if you have one (they also provide one if needed). Sunglasses were nice to have on hand.

This tour was such a fun and unique experience! Our guide was incredibly funny and knowledgeable, sharing interesting stories and history throughout the ride. Before we started, they took the time to teach everyone how to safely ride the Segways, which made even first-timers feel comfortable and confident. They also made sure we stayed hydrated by providing water, and we had two nice breaks during the tour where we could relax and take in the beautiful views of the lake. It was the perfect balance of learning, exploring, and enjoying the scenery. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for something different and memorable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our first Segway tour. The cemetery is huge with so much history and hidden meanings. Easy to learn and navigate the Segway. The tour guide was great.

Great tour guide and great way to view the cemetery. Would have given 5 stars but the tour guide was 45 minutes late without any advance warning. I had to call the office and they informed me they were running late. Description in Viatar said they provided transportation from downtown Savannah but they don’t so had to arrange our own transportation.
Again our apologies, we were having vehicle issues, as we had informed you prior to arrival. This listing on Viator did indicate we meet at the cemetery, but thanks you to pointing out that this was still in the description, they have finally removed it.
