We had the perfect experience! Jason was outstanding in every way! He went above and beyond to make it exactly what we were looking for! He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and made our trip so fun! Highly recommend!!!

Jason proved to be the best guide an inexperienced, older couple could ever hope. When needed he was there to help not only get over tough terrain but assuage our fears. His knowledge not only of the trail and surrounding area but of Sedona was amazing.

Booked through TripAdvisor via Viator. Michael was an outstanding guide—extremely knowledgeable about the canyons, wildlife, and native plants. A truly memorable experience. Another amazing hike today with the perfect weather! The pictures don’t do this landscape justice—from the ephedra and agave plants to the stunning views in the Heights. Reaching the summit and sitting on the plateau, sharing snacks and talking about the wonders of nature and all the birds we spotted, made it even more special. Having a personal tour guide, like Michael, made it unforgettable. So grateful. 🙏🏻 Sedona is where nature and spirit meet! 💚😊 BTW- the “prickly pear” flowers are just amazing. They close early and when you return down the canyon, they’re fully bloomed. It’s absolutely amazing

What a perfect day! Jason and Phil came to pick us up at our Air BnB at the assigned time. We drove a short while to the start point and then we received backpacks, poles, water, and snacks for the day. Jason led us on a 6 mile traverse hike. Jason was amazing. He shared his knowledge of the area, and pointed out plants and wildlife along the way. He knew every lookout and picture opportunity and used our camera to take some fantastic group pictures. He also airdropped us pictures he took along the way as well. Having the hiking gear provided was great as we had traveled in the night before and could not bring everything with us. We tried poles for the first time and are hooked. We stopped for a snack about midway and were pleasantly surprised. There was something for everyone! The bento box was delicious as well as the packaged snacks. We found some new favorites! At the end of the hike we were offered some cold beverages and took a few more pictures with the scenic red rocks. We learned so much about the area and also learned what is needed on long hikes. Jason was a great storyteller and made the hike so enjoyable. We would use this company again and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! Claude was very knowledgeable, engaging and fun. Kids loved all the things he explained and were very curious and keep asking questions. You can see immediately when someone is doing a job with passion and care for the environment and for the customers. Highly recommended!!!! Cherry on the cake: we forgot my daughter’s sunglasses in the backpack and the day after they brought those back at our place! They are amazing!

This was a great experience, largely in part because we had the best guide a beginner could ask for! We have been lucky enough to ride around the world in places like Patagonia, Europe and Asia. Trail Lovers was easily in the top 2 organizations we have riden with for the entire experience, start to finish. Phil did a great job going over the plan, bikes, giving a mini class on riding position/technique with obstacles and having plenty of water/snacks. This tour reinforced that you may be experienced as a cyclist on the road and gravel, but to really enjoy your start in mountain biking you need a great guide and don't let your ego dictate your decisions. If you love riding and want to see beautiful Sedona, learn riding techniques, hear about the town on a fantastic mountain bike rental, then Trail Lovers is the place to team up with!

After booking a private tour from home and indicating that we wanted to see the sunrise on the trail, Derek decided to be our guide himself. Who else wants to hike at 5:30 am? Derek picked us up at our B&B well in time and after we indicated our preferences and where we had hiked before, we drove to the Huckaby trailhead to hike the Hangover trail. Along the way, we had a nice encounter with a group of javelinas, with a little piglet. The hike, organization, and guidance from Derek were superb. What a beautiful area, what a well-prepared, tasty, and very extensive lunch. And not unimportant, Derek is a very nice, approachable, and knowledgeable guide. When you, like us, are not from this area, a whole new world opens up and you experience the surroundings more intensely. A tour with Traillovers is highly recommended.

The owner Jason was very helpful in planning it and then our guide Connor was amazing. Would highly recommend using trail lovers.

We LOVE Trail Lovers!!!! It is our second time going on a guided tour with Derek, and he is FABULOUS!! We went on the Mescal Canyon trail after previously doing the Sneak a Peak trail, and the hikes/views/experiences are phenomenal. Derek is so friendly and taught us so much about the history of Sedona and the trails we were on. We will now plan our next hike here with him. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a fun adventure :)

Best outfitters ever. Been all over hiking and biking. These guys are head and shoulders above the rest. Best guides. Best equipment, bento boxes with fresh veggies and fruit. Top quality clean new gear. Guides know the trails like they were born on them. Will always be a repeat customer.
