Amazing tour! I learned so much about Seattle’s history from Sol, the guide, and left with a wonderful sense of knowing the place better. The landscape installation at the waterfront park is also incredible!
I thoroughly enjoyed the Seattle Waterfront History Walking Tour with Jeannie. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought Seattle's history to life through fascinating stories and local insights. A highlight of the tour was learning about the rich Native American heritage of the region. Jeannie thoughtfully shared the history and culture of the Salish People which helped me better understand their lasting influence on Seattle and the waterfront. The tour was informative, well-paced, and enjoyable from start to finish. Whether you're a visitor or a local, it's a wonderful way to gain a deeper appreciation for Seattle's history. Highly recommend Jeannie and this tour!
What a fun and informative tour! It was fascinating to learn about the history of Seattle’s waterfront and how it has evolved over the years. Jeany was an excellent guide, sharing great insights, interesting stories, and plenty of fun facts along the way. I highly recommend this tour for friends, family, visitors, or really any occasion. A wonderful way to experience Seattle from a different perspective!
Jeannie was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Seattle.
The tour was very informative, learned quite a bit about the origins of Seattle and how the waterfront park has incorporated the history into its design and artwork. Have lived in Seattle for a long time but this is the most informative history I have ever come across about the origins! Highly recommend!!
Thank you so much for joining us. It was a pleasure to have you.
I found the tour very informative. I loved the secrets shared during the tour about the waterfront. The information regard Native Americans was fascinating.
Thank you so much for your review and for joining us.
This was a very thoughtfully planned and executed tour. It began at a high point so that you were walking downhill until the terrain leveled out. The tour guide, Sol, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. He pointed out things that could easily have been overlooked and filled in many details without ever losing the participants’ interest.
Thank you for your kind review and for joining us. It was a pleasure to have you.
A very informative, very enjoyable walking tour of the beautifully renovated Seattle waterfront.
Thank you for your review and for joining us.
We had a great time learning about the history of the waterfront and the changes that have been made to make the waterfront more sustainable. I have lived in the Seattle area most of my life, and I still learned so much. I especially enjoyed learning about ways that the new waterfront is honoring the indigenous peoples in our region.
We are so glad you enjoyed the rich history. Thank you so much for your review and for joining us.
Although it rained and I was the only person on the tour, it was still a great tour. I was very impressed with all the new things at the Seattle Waterfront and how much nicer and easier it is to access it. I prefer walking tours, to being on a coach, because you really learn and see so much more. Jeannie is an very good guide and knowledgeable about the history of the wharf.
Thanks again for joining us, Mark. It was a pleasure to have you!
