We passeren Aberdeen, vol intrigerende verhalen. We stoppen bij een lokale coffeeshop die kunst verkoopt van lokale kunstenaars. Voor mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn in Seattle muziekgeschiedenis of de band Nirvana, kunnen we misschien stoppen bij de under the bridge memorial en jeugdhuis voor Kurt Cobain.
We gaan het regenwoud van Quinault in en maken een korte wandeling tussen eeuwenoude bomen, reuzenvarens en andere planten. De frisse lucht en de omgeving van dit gematigde regenwoud is een spannende ervaring voor beginnende bezoekers en lange tijd wandelaars. We stoppen even bij de Quinault Resort Lodge, waar president Franklin D. Roosevelt verbleef toen hij Olympic National Park oprichtte. De lodge heeft een perfect uitzicht op het meer van Quinault.
We wandelen langs het prachtige Ruby Beach. U ziet grote hooibergrotsformaties en vele boomstammen die over het strand verspreid liggen. Dit is rauw en uniek strand verrast veel bezoekers. Een ontzagwekkende bezoeker merkte op: "Ik ben naar veel stranden geweest, maar ik ben nog nooit naar een geweest die er zo uitzag en zich zo voelde."
We wandelen door de beroemde "Hall of Mosses" in het Hoh Rainforest. Het mos groeit zwaar tussen dit grote bos van esdoorns. We zien ook reuzenvarens en kunnen paddenstoelen en elanden zien. *Houd er rekening mee dat we van eind juni tot begin augustus mogelijk geen toegang hebben tot het Hoh Rainforest, omdat de wachttijden om binnen te komen meer dan 2 uur zijn.
We stoppen voor de lunch in het historische stadje Forks. Forks was te zien in de Twilight vampierboek- en filmserie. Lunchopties zijn onder andere: Een burgercafé, een BBQ-plek en Mexicaanse plek.
We stoppen bij de Lake Crescent lodge direct aan Lake Crescent om nog een paar goede foto's te maken. Dit diepe meer heeft een aantal huiveringwekkende verhalen die we kunnen delen.
Leuke veerboot boottocht over Puget Sound met een prachtig uitzicht op Seattle.

This was a wonderful experience. The reason for 4 stars is because I feel like there’s a lot packed into it, it makes it too hard to enjoy. Half of these stops were 15-30 mins long which is hardly enough time to enjoy. I loved our driver Randy and he was helpful and informative. Also keep in mind this tour consists of mostly driving from place to place..in the bus for about 1-2hrs at a time.

This excursion was fantastic! Our other excursion from another company got cancelled 2 days before it was scheduled. Marc saved the day and he even had our guide, Randall pick us up at our hotel. Great service! Our guide Randall was very knowledgeable and made the day awesome! We enjoyed our day and he really took the extra time to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Jonny was outstanding! He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and went way out of the way to make the tour amazing! Really appreciated him showing us a couple other spots that weren't detailed on the itinerary. Great value for money and very comfy vehicle/good snacks. Great way to see Olympic National Park if you don't have a car while you're visiting Seattle. Will definitely be booking more tours my next visit

You will see so much more than you could possibly do in a day in your own! However, be aware that the van, when at capacity, is very packed and the seats are first come first served. Arrive early because you absolutely do not want to be stuck in the back row for eight hours of driving time.

Fabulous trip! I live in Seattle and found this a great way to explore the sights of the PNW without driving myself. It is a long day but worth it. Our guide Mark was informative and entertaining. The sites were magnificent! Nothing was strenuous yet I felt we adequately explored each area. I’d use this service to explore other areas given the chance.
Excellent extended full day trip! Our guide Johnny was fun and knowledgeable! He played great music throughout the day and answered a lot of questions from the group. Pack a battery charger because it is a long day! The transportation is a transit van so not as comfortable as a motorcoach. The legroom is tight for such a long day, about 400 miles.

We just finished our rainforest tour. It was truly a busy full day. Two hikes in mossy covered rainforests, one moderate difficulty that lasted 45 min, and one easy flat walk that lasted an hour, crescent lake, ruby beach and local stops and foods. We also stopped by Kurt Cobain’s hometown and Fork in Twilight as extra bonus. It was just what we wanted for our short stay in Seattle. Without Marc we would not be able to see so much in one day. Trip did last 13 hours and ended with a big bang, a ferry back to Seattle that has cityscape all in plain sight. Marc is an excellent guide. He’s responsive throughout the process of booking. He’s punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and chill. Easy to struck up a conversation. I highly recommend this for whoever wants to experience the mossy covered rainforests in Seattle, but don’t have days to spend all the way to visit hall of moss or the Hoh. This is an excellent way to experience it without spending days within the park.

Johnny, our tour guide, was excellent!!!! Even though we couldn't find parking at some of the sites, he knew of similar alternatives and then some. We even swung by Kurt Cobain's home and hiked some really beautiful parts of Olympic mountain. Our ferry ride back to Seattle was a beautiful finish with a view of the Seattle skyline during sunset. Johnny was super accommodating , kind and made sure we were all safe and enjoying the tour.

Great tour! We were there on July 4. Didn’t get to see the HOH rainforest because of the crowds, but our tour guide gave us a different location to explore which was great.

Just wow! If you want to experience a day full of adventure and nature tripping on Olympic National Park, you should book this one. It's a long day but very fun with Max who is so friendly and knowledgeable. Also, it was so nice to know your fellow travelers. Just love it! ☺️
