Je leert eerst de veiligheid en basisprincipes van kajakken in ons activiteitencentrum in de buurt van het strand van Towan. We zijn gelegen op slechts 5 minuten lopen van de landtong van Towan. Kajakken biedt een ander perspectief om dit epische stuk kustlijn te ervaren. Je peddelt langs de kust en verkent geheime baaien die weggestopt zijn van de paden erboven! ZULLEN WE WILDLIFE ZIEN? De diepe grotten van de Gazzle werden ooit gebruikt door piraten en smokkelaars, wat betekent dat ze nu doordrenkt zijn van een rijke geschiedenis en gastheer zijn voor inheemse dieren in het wild in alle soorten en maten. Nieuwsgierige zeehonden kunnen zelfs hun kop opsteken om hallo te zeggen terwijl je voorbij peddelt!

I booked this for me and my partner, Zak was our guide and he did an excellent job with teaching us how to kayak, taking us through the caves and teaching us the history and folklore of Newquay. It was truly stunning and even saw a seal right next to us. Really enjoyable day and may have even lead to a new hobby for me and partner!
Really well organised kayaking trip. Perfectly pitched to suit the audience with abilities and wants to see and do. The group were given options for viewing caves from the shore which was amazing and we saw lots of wildlife including large jellyfish, seals and birds. Our guide Heath was informative, fun to be with and made us feel very safe and well guided.
Had a lovely experience learning and kayaking with the instructor James. He was a good teacher and very knowledgable about the local wildlife we saw. My partner and I would highly recommend!
We did a kayak tour out of Newquay harbour and up the coast. We explored caves and saw local wildlife. Heath was a brilliant guide and showed us how to paddle correctly and remain safe. Everything about using the activity centre was great from arriving to leaving at end. They were all very friendly and helpful. Overall highly recommend the tour and the activity centre.

The whole experience was amazing, the staff made me feel welcome from the start. Cara was so reassuring and lovely. I hadn’t been kayaking since the guides 50 years ago but I felt safe and exhilarated. I highly recommend this company!
We did the kayak tour with James as a family. He has responded very well to the children and to the participants, remembered the names of all. The tour itself was exciting, a great adventure. Although we had a few waves and drove through narrow, dark caves, I felt safe all the time. Many thanks to the team and James for the opportunity to explore the stunning English coast this way and learn a few more stories about smugglers’ dens and local fishing. What you should know: you really get completely wet, especially the shoes, because you walk a few steps through the knee-high water.
James was brilliant, such a friendly chap, knowledgeable about the area and generally a nice guy Based on our experience we will be back again !!
Well organized with great facilities at the starting place. Clear instructions given in advance, good protective equipment. Amy made it a very nice trip along the coastline with a visit to cave, explanation of history and at the end fun games. Highly recommended!
