We begrijpen dat reizen door de Balkan soms niet eenvoudig is en dat er altijd een tekort aan tijd is. Dat is waarom we deze one-way dagtour hebben gemaakt die 5 van de beroemdste bestemmingen in Herzegovina omvat. Vertrek 's ochtends vanuit Sarajevo en stop in Mostar, Konjic, Blagaj, Počitelj, Kravice-waterval op weg naar Dubrovnik.

De eerste stop van de dag is een kort bezoek aan Konjic - een unieke, prehistorisch bewoonde plaats van waaruit Herzegovina begint, beroemd om de 17e-eeuwse oude brug met 6 bogen en een perfecte kennismaking met de smaragdgroene rivier de Neretva. Onze reis gaat vervolgens verder naar het restaurant dat bekend staat om hun zelfgemaakte taart. Vegetarische optie is beschikbaar.
Mostar is al lang bekend om zijn oude Turkse huizen en de oude brug, Stari Most, waarnaar het is vernoemd. Het historische deel van Mostar is het resultaat van interactie tussen de natuurlijke fenomenen en menselijke creativiteit gedurende een lange historische periode. De architectuur hier presenteerde een symbool van tolerantie: een gedeeld leven van moslims, christenen en joden. We richten ons op de oude brug van Mostar, de oude bazaar en de oude binnenstad, maar bieden verhalen over het unieke en kosmopolitische erfgoed van Mostar
Blagaj plaats waarschijnlijk genoemd naar zijn milde weerpatronen omdat "blaga" in het Bosnisch "mild" betekent. Blagaj ligt aan de bron van de Buna-rivier, Europa's krachtigste, schoonste en meest drinkbare rivierbron, gevestigd onder enkele honderden meters rotsen en de 16e-eeuwse tekke (tekija of Dervish-klooster). Tekke of Dervish klooster is het unieke sacraal-residentiële voorbeeld van islamitische architectuur in Bosnië en Herzegovina, dat werd gebouwd met elementen van Ottomaanse architectuur en mediterrane stijl. Een van de leukste onderdelen van onze reis is de lunch aan de oevers van rivier de Buna op slechts een paar kilometer afstand van Blagaj. In de schaduw, terwijl je luistert naar een geluid van de rivier, raden we aan om een lokale forel met traditionele woestijn "smokvara" te hebben
Met een volle maag gaan we verder richting het mooie middeleeuwse en Ottomaanse stenen versterkte dorp Počitelj. Bij onze aankomst maken we een gemakkelijke wandeling naar de Kula, een silovormig fort met uitzicht op het dorp vanaf de top van de heuvel. Vroeger huisden wachters en militairen als bewaker tegen mogelijke indringers uit de Neretva-vallei.
Een van de grootste watervallen in de regio zal u ademloos achterlaten!

Everything was perfect. Our guide Ensar was a pleasure to travel with. Pickup at hotel right on time. Learned a lot about history Bosnia and Herzegovina with stops in all locations mentioned (Konjic Bridge, Mostar Bridge, Kravica Balls, Blagaj and Pocitelj) with plenty of time to explore. Of all the breath taking sceneries along the trip, Pocitelj was a very interesting place for me. Ensar took us to a quite and spectacular vantage view. Everything went beautifully from beginning to end. Edis was an excellent and experienced guide, very friendly and easy to talk to. We learned a lot about Bosnian history, including different perspectives on the wars and conflicts, which helped us better understand the country. All the stops along the way were fascinating. Without this tour, we might have left Bosnia and Herzegovina without really appreciating its history and cultural depth. It made our journey much more meaningful. Edis was also very flexible and adjusted the schedule to accommodate our requests, which we really appreciated. At first, the price felt a bit high. But considering that a public bus from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik costs around €50, plus transport to and from bus stations, entrance fees, and the hassle of handling luggage, this tour is actually a very good deal. The door-to-door service, flexible schedule, and stress-free travel made it completely worth it. Communication from booking to follow-up was professional and well managed. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this tour.

We had a great experience on this tour. All the stops were very cool! Ajdin, our tour guide, was very nice! He told us interesting facts, gave us enough time at each stop to look around, and made sure everyone was comfortable. He also helped us with the luggage although he didn't have to.

Excellent agency for excursions from Sarajevo. They are very professional and the office is very well located in the old town. They have very good customer service by WhatsApp, they respond very quickly. The excursions are very well organized, no time is wasted going to souvenir shops or long meals. They deliver a snack at noon to replenish energy. I went on two excursions to Herzegovina (Mostar) and Central Bosnia (Jajce). The guide Ahmed is excellent, he knew how to explain the activities very well, he gave us several explanations in each place and also gave us a lot of free time, he was very worried about the people, if we needed anything.
