Bezoek drie traditionele wijnhuizen en geniet van een rondleiding door de kelders. . Ontdek 12 wijnen, zoals de kenmerkende Assyrtiko, Nykteri en zoete Vinsanto. Zodra we je ophalen op een locatie naar keuze en je privégids ontmoeten, bezoeken we Estate Argros voor een wijnproeverij, inclusief 7 wijnen. Het bevat informatie over het koppelen van gerechten, zoals welke wijn bij welk eten past.
Loop door het dorp Megalochori, beroemd om zijn wijngaarden en zie van dichtbij de Kouloura. Bezoek de wijnmakerij Gavalas, een van de oudste wijnmakerijen op het eiland, en proef 5 verschillende wijnen. De wijnmakerij Gavalas produceert nog steeds Vinsanto door de druiven te stampen als de oude tijd. Je zult een aantal antieke voorwerpen zien, terwijl de wijnproeverij een aantal zeldzame inheemse variëteiten biedt.
Het Koutsogiannopoulos Wijnmuseum, gelegen op het prachtige Santorini, biedt bezoekers een uitgebreid inzicht in het wijnmaken op deze unieke locatie. Amazing experience with beautiful Views. But the best part of our trip was our tour guide Akis- very talented guy. Thorough in his delivery. Very kind and attentive to the young and Elderly. Great sense of humor. He is an asset indeed.

Absolutely fantastic …. from the convenient pick up at our hotel, Amani was so nice! She gave us a snack & a map of Santorini, as we drove to the Estate Argyros winery. Our guide at Argyros was terrific, and the wine & food pairings were wonderful!! Then we were off to the Gavalas winery, so different from Argyros, but the guide and wine & food pairings were great as well …. We even got to meet the owner! Our last winery stop was at Faros (out near the Lighthouse) where we met the delightful owner / “chef” …. We got to tour her property, and she made us the most delicious meal. We could not even finish it; but we will never forget her homemade wine & delicious freshly made tomato fritters!! What a wonderful tour …. Be sure to sign up for this one!!

Amani was an amazing tour guide with a wonderful personality. The cooking class with traditional Greek appetizers and recipe was fun and informative with an awesome view of the Caldera. We visited two excellent wineries and toured part of the island. Our guide, Akis, was very friendly, professional and enjoyable. He taught us not only about the wine but gave us some history of the island and of Greece, as well as taking us to some interesting places. A good combination of wine and touring.
