Begin je dag in Pyrgos, een van Santorini’s meest traditionele dorpen, gebouwd op een heuvel met panoramisch uitzicht over het eiland. Wandel door smalle straatjes en bereik het Venetiaanse kasteel op de top voor een adembenemend uitzicht op Santorini.
Bezoek het charmante dorpje Megalochori, bekend om zijn authentieke architectuur en rustige sfeer. Geniet van een wandeling door de pittoreske steegjes en bezoek het culturele centrum Symposion, waar u traditionele Griekse muziekinstrumenten en mythologie zult ontdekken. Houd er rekening mee dat we deze stop overslaan van 15 oktober tot eind maart.
Stop bij Akrotiri voor een prachtig uitzicht op de caldera vanaf het zuidelijke deel van het eiland. Dit is een perfecte fotostop met uitzicht op vulkanische landschappen en de Egeïsche Zee.
Geniet van de vrije tijd op Perivolos Beach, een van de beroemdste zwarte zandstranden van Santorini. Ontspan aan zee, zwem in kristalhelder water of lunch in een restaurant aan het strand (optioneel).
Verken Emporio, een van de oudste dorpen van Santorini en de thuisbasis van een goed bewaard Venetiaans kasteel. Wandel door smalle middeleeuwse paadjes en ontdek een rustigere, authentieke kant van het eiland.
Verken de hoofdstad van Santorini, winkels en uitzicht op de caldera.
Stop in Firostefani om foto's te maken van de iconische Blue Dome-kerk, een van de beroemdste bezienswaardigheden in Santorini, met een prachtig uitzicht op de caldera en Skaros Rock.
Eindig uw tour in Oia, het beroemdste dorp van Santorini. Geniet van vrije tijd om de smalle straatjes te verkennen, de unieke architectuur te bewonderen en getuige te zijn van de wereldberoemde zonsondergang boven de caldera.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Hotel pick-up en drop-off zijn inbegrepen vanaf geselecteerde locaties rond Santorini. Als uw accommodatie zich in een voetgangersgebied bevindt of niet bereikbaar is met de auto, wordt het dichtstbijzijnde opstappunt geregeld. Cruiseschip reizigers moeten elkaar ontmoeten bij de McDonalds in Fira. Controleer het tijdstip van de laatste inschrijving. De activiteit eindigt na zonsondergang. Ophalen van Athinios Ferry Port is niet beschikbaar. Ophalen begint ongeveer 30–45 minuten voor vertrek, afhankelijk van de locatie. This was an amazing 10-hour tour with our brilliant guide, Gregory. We visited different parts of Santorini and were given plenty of time at each stop to explore and take photos. Gregory has a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for this beautiful island; we learned so much interesting information from him about both local life and history. We were so pleased that we decided to pay the extra fee for the interactive and extremely fun musical show at Symposion. If you are unsure about booking it, honestly, go for it—you will not be disappointed! The included wine tasting was also a lovely part of the tour. We tried some wonderful wines and had the opportunity to purchase them at the end. The sunset in Oia was the perfect end to the day. We had plenty of time to look around Oia before finding a prime spot to view the sunset, and Gregory gave us some great tips on where to go. I couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough, and having Gregory as our guide was the best decision we made! Thank you Gregory!
Sadly, tourism in Santorini is down, and this tour was canceled. Santorini Getaways Tours put me in another tour, which was great, the half day tour.
Gregory was an excellent tour guide. He is a local to Santorini and knows the place in and out and took us through so many interesting places. The tour itinerary was paced perfectly for me, including tours within two Venetian castles, a nice music session in a local music center, all in addition to the regular tourist spot visits like the beach, Fira market, winery, view of the Caldera, photo sts at Firostefani and finally the beautiful sunset at Oia. A great experience getting to experience the scenic beauty of the island and well as learning about the history, geography and daily life of the people living there.

Great tour. Gregory is probably one of the most knowledgeable guides we had. Kind and considerable and organized. Unfortunately did not get to go to Fira but overall had a terrific time.
