Maak van de gelegenheid gebruik en ervaar Santorini's zwarte vulkanische zand in het zuiden van het eiland. Profiti Ilias, een van de oudste kloosters op Santorini die dateert uit 1711. Gelegen op het hoogste punt van het eiland biedt het een fantastisch panoramisch uitzicht met bijna een 360 graden uitzicht over het eiland.
Firostefani is het hoogste punt van de hoofdstad en draagt de naam “Kroon van Fira”. Geniet van de schoonheid van de caldera terwijl u de blauwe koepels bewondert waar Santorini maar al te beroemd om is met een instagramfotostop met uitzicht op de beroemde Agios Theodori en de nog steeds actieve vulkaan

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Gasten die aankomen in de haven van Skala (passagiers van cruiseschepen) worden boven aan de uitgang van de kabelbaan opgewacht met een bordje met de naam van de leider erop. We moeten de naam van de cruiseboot en aankomsttijd weten. De starttijd van de tour moet worden geschat op 1,5 uur na aankomst op de cruiseboot, omdat passagiers met een tendorboot van boord moeten naar de oude haven Skala en vervolgens de kabelbaan naar Fira-stad moeten nemen, die over het algemeen wachtrijen heeft. Mobiel contactnummer is essentieel. Alle andere pick-ups kunnen worden geregeld vanaf uw hotel, luchthaven, nieuwe haven Athinios of dichtstbijzijnde punt bij u in de buurt.

Nikos our guide was friendly , accommodating , honest and knowledgeable. He was punctual and went out of his was to make my 10 year old son comfortable and at home. We enjoyed both days with him very much. Andrea, our fabulous hostess arranged this tour for us

Where do I begin with giving a review of one of the best holidays myself & my partner have ever had together. Thank you Andrea, Nikos & the Classic Collections company for truly making our holiday so special & one to remember, from beginning to end it was truly perfect & couldn’t have been made better with trying. Truly a 5 star service experience in every way. I cannot wait to return to this beautiful paradise island with that being now our chosen country to be married in from first impressions it blew us away. We did so much within 8days, we took a tour of the island with our lovely Nikos being our guide, what a professional gentleman he is, he made the day fantastic & showed us the entire island in a day. We took a helicopter tour of the island which I highly recommend seeing Santorini from above is truly special & rare we did the sunset flight & it was out of this world our pilot Daniel was also brilliant & made the experience one to remember. We also did a catamaran boat tour during the day & wow what another way to explore the island from sea the Aegean Sea is one of the best oceans I have swam in truly beautiful & got the chance to swim in the springs of the volcano. We visited two of the main little cities Oia & Fira both are truly beautiful & both have fantastic restaurants everywhere we ate was like a fine dining experience the detail in appearance & the taste was unreal we always had empty plates. We hired a quad bike making our holiday experience more personal it’s quite simple to get around the island as it’s small & there’s so many beautiful things to see. The hotel we stayed in was the best we have ever experienced the staff, the room, the hotel itself was just truly out of this world & worth every penny. On our first day we was gifted a bottle of wine, fresh mixed fruits & a birthday cake for my partner as it was a belated birthday holiday for him, it was so delicious! Finally all this would not have been possible without our wonderful holiday planner, Andrea, without her we wouldn’t have done even half of what did & saw, she’s so friendly, professional & caring truly making a holiday the best we have ever had, we wanted to view some wedding venues while we was there & she took the time out of her own day to organise & show us 4 venues on the island of which she gave me a list of recommendations to choose from again just aiming to please & make our experience so special, she did not disappoint. The holiday itself was a belated birthday present for my fiancé’s 30th & the holiday was pushed back a few months due to Covid-19, on our last day seeing Andrea she was so kind & thoughtful & gifted us a bottle of wine & a birthday card for the both of us as our birthdays are a day apart very unexpected & so thankful of her kindness. Thank you so much x Cannot highly recommend enough, I now have many friends looking to explore Santorini & what is has to offer with the Classic collections company.
