Je tour begint in Santiago naar Valparaiso en bewondert de Stille Oceaan op een reis van 120 km. U zult genieten van een wandeling naar de heuvels en een of twee liften nemen om van het uitzicht te genieten. Je tour bevat vervoer en een gids.

We beginnen de tour van Santiago rechtstreeks naar de Stille Oceaan in een reis van 120 km, vanuit je hotel of huis. De Curacavi-vallei geeft ons de kans om de diversiteit aan landschappen daar te zien, en dan bereiken we de Casablanca-vallei. Onderweg stoppen we in het typische hostel Millahue, waar de passagiers de kans krijgen om de typische Chileense drankchicha te proeven.
Door aan te komen in Valparaiso (burgemeesterhaven en parlementsstad), zullen de verbazingwekkende en prachtige begraven diepe huizen op de heuvels van Valparaiso ons verrassen door deze stad pittoresk te maken. Stad bekend als de Garden City, een aantal opmerkelijke plaatsen van dit strandresort zijn de bloemenklok, het Casino en het Reñaca-strand
Het Fonck Museum is de naam waarmee het bekend is in het Museum voor Archeologie en Geschiedenis Francisco Fonck. In de tuin is er een authentieke "Moai" van Paaseiland, die samen met die tentoongesteld in het British Museum in Londen, de enige buiten het eiland zijn.
Reñaca-strand waar je op eigen kosten tijd hebt om te lunchen. Na de lunch kan iedereen een beetje vrije tijd op het strand doorbrengen.
Tot slot voordat we teruggaan via de kustweg naar Santiago, zullen we u de Quinta Vergara laten zien. , plaats die bekend staat om het internationale liedfestival. De tour eindigt bij jou thuis.

Avoid at all costs, not as advertised. Disappointed in Viator who we complained to who upheld ‘the operator’, in quotes because so many sub contractors became involved it was beyond a joke. Using the reserve now/pay later feature of Viator, to us, reveals a flaw in their system, namely that ‘operators’ are able to deviate from advertised criteria as well as timings and as the client, you have no recourse as the cancellation period has expired. In a nutshell. 1. The voucher is NOT available to be reviewed in full until payment has been made, this only came through at 04:01 on 11th July, we’re clearly asleep at this time, if I go to book this tour now there is NO mention of an early pick up at hotels, after reading previous reviews, this early pick up is all about picking clients up earlier than actually required, so that they miss their hotel breakfasts and are then shepherded to their kick back tourist trap for breakfast… 2. Again if you go to book this tour now, it clearly states this is a private tour and only our group will be on the tour, this was clearly not going to be the case when Deborah added us to a group chat and during the WhatsApp conversation at 20:15 the evening before the tour stated that she was waiting for the other customers to join the chat and because our hotel was far away from the others that we would need to be picked up first, so clearly they were intending to slap us onto a shared tour, other reviews mention the same technique of telling customers at the last minute if changes when they are the. Unable to cancel and Viator refusing to support the client, to the extent that they accused us of disrespecting their ‘operator’ who was literally screaming down the phone at us.. Viator put us as a ‘no show’ and we lost all of the tour money, I wonder how many more no shows this ‘operator’ has had.. Viator refused to investigate further or even acknowledge their own sites review
Good afternoon. We regret what has happened. However, at the time of booking and payment, it was clearly indicated that the service was shared, so we do not understand what the confusion might be regarding this point, especially considering that the prices for a shared service and a private service are very different. Regarding the pick‑up time, this information was provided several days in advance. When you requested the hotel change, you were informed that the pick‑up would be between 06:30 and 07:30 am, and that the final schedule would be provided the day before, around 8:00 pm. As indicated, the information was sent at 20:07 through the Viator platform, and later by our guide via the group chat, where it was confirmed that the pick‑up would be at 06:30, a time that falls within the previously communicated range. All this information is documented on the Viator platform.
The locations are beautiful, and Juanito, the guide, is always very attentive and willing to help. It was a quite good experience.
Our guide Rafael was very knowledgeable and it was enjoyable to hear all the history and anecdotes of the past. Additionally, he was funny and very sociable.
A colourful day exploring the beautiful coastal cities of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. Valparaíso had such a unique energy, with its vibrant street art, colourful houses, steep hills, and little hidden corners full of character. Everywhere you look feels like a piece of art, and the city has such a creative and bohemian atmosphere. Walking through the different streets and viewpoints felt like stepping into a postcard. What really made the experience even better was our guide, who was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and culture of both cities. A wonderful day filled with colourful streets, ocean views, fascinating history, great company on the tour and unforgettable scenery. Definitely a tour I would recommend when visiting Chile.

Really good trip around Valparaiso. Rocio was an excellent guide - she was really knowledgeable, fun and brought it all alive. The Vin de Mar side was possibly too long for us and more time in Valparaiso would have made the day even better - but that's only a point of personal preference. Definitely a trip worth doing.
