Je privétour begint in je hotel waar je gids je zal ontmoeten. U vertrekt dan per taxi richting het Santiago Bernabéu stadion. Zodra je ter plaatse bent aangekomen, laat je privégids je het paleis binnen zonder te wachten dankzij de snelle ingangen. Je ontdekt het grootste stadion van Europa door de verschillende zalen die de geschiedenis hebben getekend. Je gids vertelt je de geschiedenis van dit voetbalstadion waar veel bekende spelers en coaches te zien zijn geweest. Als je meer uitleg wilt over een kamer of een bepaalde speler, aarzel dan niet om dit aan je gids te laten weten. Wat is inbegrepen
Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Uw gids zal u bij uw Pension ontmoeten om de tour te beginnen (wacht alstublieft op uw gids in de lobby van uw Pension). Hij zal een paar minuten voor de afgesproken tijd op u wachten. De reis van het Pension naar het museum zal per taxi plaatsvinden en is inbegrepen in de totale duur van het bezoek (4 uur). Het vervoer vindt plaats per taxi (kosten inbegrepen in de tour). Heeft u vragen over uw zorg, neem dan gerust contact met ons op. Let op: de reis zal per taxi (stadstaxi van Madrid) plaatsvinden; een privéchauffeur is niet inbegrepen bij dit bezoek. Madrid is een hoofdstad met veel verkeer. Onze excuses alvast voor eventuele files tijdens uw reis. Als uw hotel dicht bij een van de musea ligt, kunt u te voet gaan; voor zeer korte afstanden is een taxi niet nodig (wat tijd bespaart). Als u mobiliteitsproblemen heeft, laat het ons dan weten.

Too much money for a view at a trophey room. Additionally we thought we won't wait in the lines (that was one selling point) but we waited every line. 530 euros for this experience is way too much.

Regarding the fast entrance, it is important to understand that there is no special ticket that allows you not to wait a few seconds at the security checkpoint. We can't guarantee that you will be the only one to get a fast track ticket, the soccer stadium receives a lot of visitors every day and many of them arrive with tickets. To say that you had to wait to get the tickets is not true because that day there was more than 1 hour waiting time to buy the tickets on the spot, time that you saved thanks to our services. In advance, the tour guide was friendly, the pickup on time. He also knew quite a bit about the Bernabeu stadium (although Atletico fan ;-) ). We were warned by the Viator that not everything can be visited during reconstruction of the stadium. However, for the full price of a private tour but very thin. At the time of your booking we explained the situation and offered you a financial alternative due to the fact that the stadium is currently under construction (end of construction expected in a few months), however you did not accept and decided to maintain your visit at the expense of this option.
