Why would anyone visit Santa Monica and not ride the Strand? This is the stand out activity and Unlimited Biking provided a brilliant service. The electric bikes were great, we barely dented the power level with a full day's riding and they were very comfortable. The staff were helpful and cheerful and they gave us some really good tips on stops and food places, which we really enjoyed. Thoroughly recommended

A SCAM!!! Book and pay n. 4 ebikes for no. 4 hours from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. I arrive on time at the bike center and I am told that the return must be made by 7.00 pm (closing time of the center). Please note that the reservation is n. 4 hours ending at 8 p.m. Nothing, I'm forced to return the ebikes at 7pm. After the UNHAPPY experience, I request a refund of n. 1 hour of non-use for n. 4 ebike. Viator replies that the request cannot be accepted, DO NOT RELY ON VIATOR, THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS AND STEAL MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER!!!.

Working with Unlimited Biking has proven difficult. A ½ hour into our rental the front tire popped on the electric bike, it was on smooth pavement in heavy traffic and not from our abuse. The rider opted to push the bike back and finish the rental. The local agent was understanding and promised a refund, “just email this address.” It is now 5 days and I keep getting the run-around. I called, then emailed with no results. The equipment was faulty and the management is difficult to work with, I do not recommend. There are electric bikes in racks everywhere in the area that would be cheaper and more convenient with no reservations, time limits or requirements to return to the same location.

Easy pick up, good quality e-bike, freedom of the day pass the go anywhere. Would do this again next time

Great day! We had the bikes all day which meant we could stop for lunch or explore an area on foot (locks provided). The bikes were easy to ride and so much fun. We went for the insurance of $10 per bike for peace of mind. Saddles were comfy too. As these are electric you don't ache at the end of the day, you barely need to pedal.

We loved our electric bikes. Our first time using them and they were easy to learn. The customer service was exceptional at the shop. We rode from Santa Monica to Venice Beach and then to Pacific Palisades. I would suggest a minimum of 4 hours so that you can make stops along the way.
