We beginnen met een bezoek aan de Santa Caterina markt, een van Barcelona's meest authentieke voedselmarkten, waar uw chef-kok de ingrediënten, tradities en smaken zal introduceren die de Spaanse en Catalaanse keuken definiëren. Daarna gaat u verder naar La Foodieteca, een exclusieve kookgelegenheid in het hart van de stad, waar uw culinaire ervaring tot leven komt. Ons format is volledig hands-on : u bereidt actief authentieke Spaanse gerechten, waaronder tapas, sangria, paella en dessert, terwijl u geniet van geselecteerde lokale wijnen of frisdranken.
