- Vanwege verschillende opritten, trappen en drempels bieden onze boten geen plaats aan rolstoelen of mobiliteitshulpmiddelen zoals wandelstokken, rollators of krukken (inclusief laarzen of beugels). Met het laden en lossen van passagiers vanaf een open oceaanpier (Stearns Wharf) kunnen we niet aan boord gaan van passagiers die assistentie van anderen of speciale apparatuur nodig hebben. Alle gasten moeten zelfstandig kunnen lopen, met behulp van sterke en brede stappen zonder hulp. Veiligheid is onze hoogste prioriteit.

Amazing views of Santa Barbara from the ocean, great service and narration of the sights by the crew on board.
We were disappointed in the narrative yacht tour. The operator hardly said anything. An occasional here is this & that....no interesting history along the shore line. Why say narrative yacht tour if you're not going to talk about the sites.

I was extremely disappointed by the so called "yacht experience". It was narrated for all of about 10-15 seconds. It only sailed out to a random point in the ocean and came back. I was told a ginger beer was complimentary and then charged for it at the end of the cruise. My daughter and I felt it was very boring. Getting fresh air on the ocean is nice, but not at $55/person. Save your money and go whale watching instead.

We also apologize for the confusion regarding the ginger beer. While we offer complimentary ginger chews, the ginger beer is typically a bar item. Our crew misspoke, and we're happy to refund that charge. We appreciate you take the time to let us know and will use this feedback to improve.
Scenic narrated tour - great for first timers to Santa Barbara. We saw dolphins and had some good drinks. Coastline is simply breathtaking. Staff was very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. I would recommend this tour for first timers!

The weather in early December is still great for this outdoor activity. The staff are friendly and the wine & snacks are a great compliment to the harbor tour.

The weather was beautiful. The scenery spectacular. Very nice mellow Cruise. It was a very clear day and we were able to see all the extra Mountain areas

It can get a little crowded on the main deck. Most people go to the front but way more peaceful at the back.
