Wij bieden twee handige opties met hotel pick-up / drop-off van uw hotel naar het feest en terug. of Alternatief, ontmoet ons op de pier op de gewenste vertrektijd. Boten naar de Full Moon Party vertrekken elk uur tussen 11:30 en 23:00 uur.Flexibele retourreizen zijn gepland van 1:00 tot 6:00 uur na de festiviteiten. **Er wordt een extra toeslag toegepast voor transferdiensten voor het aftellende feest op 31 december**

Accommodaties op heuvels/bergen: Voor gasten die verblijven in villa's gelegen op een berg, verzoeken wij u om ons voertuig te ontmoeten op de hoofdweg voor een vlotte en toegankelijke pick-up. Transfer Timings & Volle Maan Partijen: Hoewel we alles in het werk stellen om op tijd te zijn, moet u begrijpen dat de transfertijden af en toe kunnen worden beïnvloed door het verkeer, met name op Full Moon Party-data. We waarderen uw geduld en verzekeren u dat we ons uiterste best zullen doen om eventuele vertragingen te minimaliseren en u snel op te halen.

The tour operator was overwhelmed by the amount of people that booked the tour. A lot of people got refunded.

Due to New Year's Day, the already crowded Full Moon Party became even more crowded. And boats from many companies dropped off customers at the same time every hour, causing the port authority to control and limit the docking, especially for the safety of all passengers. As a result, there was a delay in returning the boats from here. It was an uncontrollable event that we and other companies could not control. We all encountered the same incident that day. And we tried to handle everything as best we could. Didn’t go because not only did they change the time, they didn’t come to pick me up and then instead of organizing any alternative transport they just issued a refund. Extremely disappointed, would tell people to avoid this at all costs.
No one takes me from my hotel and I booked a new ticket with another agency And nothing is clear in the email I don’t now where can I go
My transport was 2 hours late to pick me up from my hotel and when I tried to call the company to ask where my driver was, they couldn’t give me an update. Once I eventually arrived at the pier, I had to wait approx 45 mins to get onto the boat. Nobody told me that you had to check-in before joining the queue to get your lanyard so when I got to the front of the queue I was told to go and check-in. The journeys themselves were okay and quite smooth. I was due to be picked up between 20:00 - 20:30 and didn’t get picked up until 22:15. I would definitely advise going to the full moon party earlier in the day to make the transfer there loads easier!

Only issue for me was on return leg of the speedboat at the pier on Koh Phagnan. There was no proper control of the large number of people at the jetty, so we had to force our way to have any chance of getting on the next boat. Seemed quite dangerous as someone might get crushed, or even pushed into the water! Solution: have proper queuing barriers set up, so customers can wait their turn safely. The staff seemed overwhelmed.

Generally well organised and on schedule, with no overcrowding; just can be a lengthy wait for the land transfer at the end of the night.
