Beleef een van Idaho’s klassieke rivieravonturen tijdens een volledige dag wildwaterraften op de legendarische Salmon River – bekend als de “River of No Return”. Deze begeleide rafting reis omvat ongeveer 20 mijl van prachtige canyon landschap, spannende klasse III stroomversnellingen, en rustige stukken perfect om te zwemmen en te ontspannen. Uw ervaren riviergidsen leiden u door leuk wildwater terwijl ze verhalen vertellen over de geschiedenis, de wilde dieren en de overlevering van de Salmon River canyon. Tussen de stroomversnellingen door geniet je van de tijd om te drijven, zwemmen in warme rivierpoelen en de ruige landschappen van centraal Idaho in je op te nemen. Halverwege de tocht stopt u bij een van de beroemde witte zandstranden van de Zalmrivier waar uw gidsen een verse lunch aan de rivier bereiden. My son and his 2 high school friends from out of state had a blast. Nick was skilled behind the oars and shared local history and geology with the boys and they got VERY wet. A lot of smiles when I picked the boys up at the end of the day. MRO exceeded their high expectations!
Had the best time! Very relaxing and exciting mixed together. Guides were terrific. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to try rafting and see some beautiful stretches of nature.
What a fantastic day and a great experience from the booking process to the rafting trip. We were the only two booked for this day and so we had other guides making up the numbers which was great. They provided all the gear we needed and, despite the water temp, we were warm the whole day. Our team was led by Emmy and Maddie but everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and pitched in to make it a great day. Lunch was more than we expected and we were happy with our decision to do a full day. We even saw a moose! Highly recommend this company.
The descent of the Salmon River is truly excellent, and our guides Sebastian and Kerry are very friendly and considerate. The lunch was delicious and very complete. The only downside is the lack of equipment. We were provided with a sleeveless wetsuit. The day was cool, and we were relatively cold on the river. I recommend the outing, but plan for warm and waterproof clothing just in case
This trip was a bucket list item for years and I finally made it happen with my husband for our 39 year anniversary. What w great adventure we had. You just gotta book it. The guides, the food, the campsites, the river rafting, the starry night, the pitch dark night, the gruver, all of it gets a 5 star rating. Ask for Jenna, Noah, Tyler and Nick! What a guide team. 4 days, 3 nights was just right for me.p
Very well organized. Our guide Chris is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the area geology. He prepped a very healthy lunch. He went straight to the rapids and exceeded our expectations. Will come back in the spring. Overall a great experience. Will recommend this to others.
AJ, Emmy, and Jack took our company down the main salmon for the perfect weekend overnight. The guides were knowledgeable, fun, and i always felt our safety was their top priority. Meals on the trip were top rate and the gear provided was fantastic. Would float with this company again in a heartbeat.
We have gone through this company a dozen or so times. As always we had a lovely time. We had a youngster & our guide (Chuck) was awesome working with him. Chuck was an absolute angel! Thank you guys for always being so good to my family.
IT was great, would have liked to have are other group not drinking so much and drunk.. they tool several of our drinks and drank them then bragged about it. We did enjoy our guide and time we had. the water was great.
