We zullen samen de hele kust van Salento verkennen vanaf het noorden van de Adriatische Zee tot aan het uiterste zuiden om af te sluiten met het visioen van een prachtige zonsondergang in Gallipoli. Ik zal je de mooiste plekken aan de kust, de beste steden en de gebruiken en tradities van het Salento-gebied laten weten. We zullen ook de typische zeevruchtenkeuken van Puglia proberen, vergezeld van uitstekende roséwijnen uit Salento.

Bezoek de beroemde grot en de prachtige kliffen van Roca.
Bezoek aan het uitkijkpunt van een van de mooiste baaien en stranden van Salento
We dalen af via een trap naar een van de meest suggestieve plekken in Salento, waar je een prachtige boog kunt zien die in de klif is uitgehouwen. Ook nemen we een verfrissende duik in een prachtig natuurzwembad vlakbij.
Een lange stop in de mooiste en meest karakteristieke badplaats Salento. Je kunt het karakteristieke centrum bezoeken met de lokale handwerkwinkels, het Aragonese kasteel bezoeken, een van de mooiste uitzichten zien vanaf het uitkijkpunt van het kasteel en uiteindelijk zullen we samen de Romaanse kathedraal met zijn crypte en de Grieks-orthodoxe kerk zien.
Bezoek aan het meest oostelijke punt van Italië met een adembenemend uitzicht op de oude vuurtoren.
Lunchpauze in een typisch restaurant met uitzicht op zee en uitstekende lokale visgerechten
Na de lunch drinken we samen een typische ijskoffie en daarna het typische Salento-ijs, de Spumone op een prachtig terras met uitzicht op de zee.
Bezoek aan een van de meest avontuurlijke plekken in Salento, een brug met een overhang van 30 meter op zee van waaruit enkele jonge mensen duiken om hun moed te testen.
Bezoek aan het heiligdom van Santa Maria di Leuca en uitkijk over de haven. Bezoek aan de boulevard met historische villa's en typische badinrichtingen.
Bezoek aan het karakteristieke en verrassende historische centrum van de mooie stad, met een stop op de typische vismarkt met eventueel proeverij van rauwe vis. Bezoek aan de prachtige zonsondergang op de kasteelmuren.

This was a wonderful way to see the area! Stephan was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the towns & the restaurant for a seafood lunch and wine was 5star (compliments to the chef as well!) Couldn't have asked for a better day trip! Thank you Stephan!
We had a fabulous (and very full) day with Stefano! He picked us up in Lecce and we did both the east and west coasts of Salento. It was the perfect pace to see the sights. We made multiple stops along the way, with Stefano sharing information at every one. It was the right combination of history, architecture and tourism from a charming host. The highlight of our trip was lunch, simply because of the company and the choice of restaurants. This was our second day with Stefano (yes, he's that good), so by now we felt like this was just a lunch with friends. He chose a beautiful restaurant in Old Castro, where the choices change daily based on what can be found at the fish market that morning. This was hand's down our best meal of our trip. Book it!!! You'll be glad you did!

We enjoyed a fantastic full day outing with Stefano, covering many sites around the Salento coast. Highlights included the Torre Sant’Andrea, Otranto, and a delicious lunch at a quiet little restaurant. Coffees and gelato stops along the way, and cold drinks provided, added to a memorable day. Highly recommended.
Such a fabulous day. Stephano our guide was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic and we learnt so much about the area. Lunch was superb, best seafood I’ve tasted and the chef came out to speak with us. Great day, culminating with a sunset in Gallipoli. We have been cancelled this tour as we had booked it for a month. We have been notified by email and trying then to make the cancellation free as we are within the deadline for it does not allow us to do so. On the other hand it allows to make a new reservation for the day we were cancelled which seems to us a total lack of seriousness. Hopefully we will not be charged any charges even if we are told about refund since we DO NOT HAVE TO BE CHARGED ANYTHING.
