Uw persoonlijke Engelssprekende gids wacht op u in de lobby van het hotel om u te begroeten. Wij geven u een korte briefing over hoe u veilig kunt rijden en wat u moet doen terwijl u achter ons op de motoren zit. Hou je goed vast en laten we een spannend avontuur beginnen!

Na 20 - 25 minuten zijn we helemaal buiten die toeristische bestemmingen en zijn we bij echte lokale verkopers, waar je de kans hebt om Vietnamese pannenkoeken te proberen terwijl je leert over de geschiedenis en ook speciale betekenis van elk gerecht.

Op dit punt zult u waarschijnlijk behoorlijk vol zitten, dus laten we een korte sightseeing nemen, door de stad zippen, de koelte van het weer voelen, een kijkje nemen in ons geweldige nachtleven en langzaam verliefd worden op Ho Chi Minh-stad. Ervaar het bruisende straatleven van Saigon veilig en comfortabel met onze gids op een motortocht.

Chinatown, bekend als Cho Lon, is een levendige en cultureel rijke wijk in Ho Chi Minhstad. Doordrenkt van geschiedenis en traditie, is het de thuisbasis van tal van tempels en bezienswaardigheden die de Chinese invloed in het gebied weerspiegelen. Van de bruisende Binh Tay-markt tot de sierlijke Thien Hau-pagode, Chinatown biedt een zintuiglijk feest van bezienswaardigheden, geluiden en smaken. Verborgen juweeltjes zoals Hao Si Phuong Alley en Lantern Street onthullen de verborgen charmes van de buurt, nodigen u uit om de smalle steegjes te verkennen en uzelf onder te dompelen in de unieke sfeer.

De meeste van de 24 districten zien de verandering. Het is echter in District 3 dat we de mooiste mix zien van het hedendaagse en het oude, kunst en cultuur, en waar je wat rust kunt vinden van de chaos van de stad.

Service Area : We halen op bij hotels in het centrale District 1 en District 3. Specifieke mijlpaal (primair ontmoetingspunt) : Het Saigon Opera House (Nhà hát Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh) - 7 kamers met uitzicht op de stad. Onze Gids zal u ontmoeten bij de belangrijkste stappen met een "Saigon Street Food Tours" bord. Pickup Details : Voor hotel pickups binnen het servicegebied, gelieve klaar te staan in uw lobby 10 minuten voor de geplande tour starttijd. Onze Gids zal u daar ontmoeten. Eindpunt : De tour eindigt op een centrale lokale markt in District 1 of District 3, waar uw Gids u zal helpen een taxi te krijgen of een routebeschrijving terug naar uw hotel zal geven.

Harry was a great guide, different places with backgrounds. No food that didn't taste good. Thank you again. Also offers other tours. English easy to understand.
My husband and I had a fantastic time at this tour. We were at HCMC for only 2 nights and didn't have the time to explore the food scene by ourselves. So this was the best ever decision we made. Bao and Truong, where exactly the kind of hosts we were hoping to take the tour with. They were actually reflective of Vietnamese culture I have read so much about. Warm, funny, welcoming and vibrant. The tour covered essentially everything we wanted to have a taste of, with a little bit of walking, and history thrown in. More than the food, what was an eye opener for me, was to be able to see the city from the eyes of the locals. Both of them were perceptive and quickly understood our expectations from the trip. Will fully recommend to anybody that wants to see the city not as a tourist, but as s local.
We had a wonderful experience with Vinh who took us around on a private tour via grab cabs. The highlights were definitely the Banh Mi and the Bun Bo. There was also that walking trip thru the street food market which was a surreal experience. This is definitely a great way to spend an evening in Saigon if you do not know what to pick or rather, what to eat for your next Vietnamese meal.

This was such a unique experience. We got the feel of the city and tried new delicious foods for the first time. Riding around on scooters in rush hour traffic was crazy but super fun. It added to the experience of the local culture and will be one of the most memorable experiences of our Vietnam trip. Even with the chaotic traffic, we felt safe the entire time. Tien and the rest of the crew made us feel welcome and Tien did a great job explaing the history and culture of the different foods and sites. Thank you for offering a vegetarian option for us that don't eat meat. Even though my family does eat meat, they loved the food too!
Kieran and Lucas took our group of 9 from Australia on an exceptionally fun and informative tour of Saigon. The food was delicious, and the locations we were taken to enjoy it were authentic and away from the tourist strip. Our guides were fun, friendly and passionate about sharing their love of Vietnam, its citizens and its delicious cuisine. They were also happy to accommodate a soecial request to surprise our friend whose birthday we were celebrating. I thoroughly recommend this tour as a perfect introduction to Saigon.

We just spent a fantastic evening zipping safely through throngs of scooters and tasting wondrous food with Kevin and David. As vegetarians it seemed daunting to us to venture out into Saigon’s street food scene by ourselves and we are so glad we chose to book this tour. Our guides were fun and had a clear plan to ensure we had new experiences as this was the 2nd time to HCMC. The food they chose was absolutely delicious and covered a HUGE range of Vietnamese culinary delights! Would highly recommend specially if you have already done the obvious food tours already. We had a great night in Ho Chi Minh thanks to our guide Khoa. He is super friendly, patient and really knows everything about the city and Vietnamese cuisine. No question was too much – from culture to ingredients – he had an interesting answer to everything. Khoa took us to places we would never visit ourselves and let us taste many vegetarian dishes that we did not know yet. Everything was delicious and surprising; from crispy snacks to savoury noodle soups and sweet desserts. He also made sure the flavors and portions were well tuned for us and our 6-year-old daughter. We immediately felt comfortable with him. He has a great energy and made the tour very personal and fun.
