Best exprecience and super guide :)
They were not helpful! Couldn’t make the tour and they couldn’t fit us in other days and no problem charging the full huge amount for nothing!

We know how disappointing this situation must be, especially after planning your trip. Unfortunately, according to Viator's booking policy, reservations are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled tour, and missed tours (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund. As the tickets are issued in the participants' names, they cannot be transferred or reused. Every week, we unfortunately have three or four guests who miss their tour due to delayed flights, train disruptions, or other travel issues. While we sincerely sympathize with these situations, they are beyond our control, and we are unable to make exceptions to the booking conditions. We did our best to find availability on another tour for you, but due to the high demand, all departures were fully booked. For future trips, we recommend avoiding booking tours or monument visits too close to your arrival time by plane or train, as unexpected delays can always occur. That said, if you happen to visit Barcelona again in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us before booking. Philippe Olivera is a fantastic tour guide. He has a breadth of knowledge spanning over a 20-year career as a guide. He is well-spoken in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.), giving great broad strokes and fine details about La Sagrada Familia. He's funny and spends quality time in small groups. If you're searching for a way to experience inside, this tour is worth it.

We booked this Sagrada Familia tour very last minute and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
