Safari Drive Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park Zuid-Afrika

We did both the one-day safari at Hluhluwe-imfolozi and the day at Isimangaliso with Safari for six. I should mention that we did all the excursions in English. It was just my husband and me plus our kids aged 6 and 8. Since the jeep accommodates a maximum of 6 people, it was just the four of us, so we were really pampered and they accommodated all our requests! Themba, our guide, was excellent; at Hluhluwe-imfolozi, despite the rain, we managed to see the rhinos up close, and the lioness passed right next to our jeep! An incredible emotion. Both breakfast and lunch were included in the tours. For lunch on both days, Themba prepared braai (with different meats) for us, which was truly abundant! For the day at Isimangaliso, absolutely stunning, breakfast by the ocean shortly after sunrise: it was beautiful! We also booked the river cruise with them for hippo spotting. Stacey was fantastic because on the day it was scheduled, we had just arrived in St. Lucia, and I got confused about the time, so we missed the boat, but Stacey (always available on WhatsApp) immediately rescheduled for the next day! If you know English, I absolutely recommend this agency 100%!

Stacey has organized everything from pickup at the airport, all tours as well as some extra wishes we had. The communication was great and everything was running smoothly. We had an excellent barbecue in Hluhluwe, passed a good time in the wetlands with great sightings during the day or on our night drive. We have enjoyed the adventures on our 3 extra days. We even managed to see the big five within 1 1/2 days although as passionate wildlife photographers we had a lot of amazing animals to capture.

We had an experience of a lifetime. We saw 4 of the big five and YES very grateful !!! We highly recommend your ranger, he went the extra mile so that we could see the lions !!! Thanks a million !!!

It's a bit early to get up but then you've got something. We had a great day with a very enthusiastic ranger. Great breakfast and a very extensive lunch in the form of a braai. Beautiful park by its rolling hills. And what animals you see is also a matter of luck. Very good communication with Stacey from Safari for Six. We ended up with 8 people but everyone had a good view. Lovely fleece blanket and rain ponchos that we unfortunately needed. I just missed the binoculars. Thank you for this lovely experience

We’ve had an amazing day. Our guide Zama did his absolute best to get us the best sightings, he is a great guy. We saw 3 cheetahs, amazing. And got to complete our Big 5 with the rhino today. The service is the best. Being in a small group is extra nice. Really advice you to book with Safari for Six!

Was unforgettable with Zama an unforgettable day politely well-groomed beautiful stories and much seen culminating in a cheetah hunting.

High Expectations, with an unimpressed outing. The park ranger lacked enthusiasm and he was quite frankly unprofessional. Meager and sparse lunch almost felt as if the company was trying to save on food costs. Not worth the money.

We had a lovely day with Safari for Six. Went the whole day with Zama and he did everything he could to gave us the best experience. Even saw cheetah and Rhino. Even breakfast and lunch was lovely!

We had an amazing 2 days of sight seeing with a very knowledgeable guide. Well planned and organised, with a breakfast snack and braai for lunch.... Was awesomw

Magic safari. Guide / driver who knows the animals and their lifestyles incredibly well! The plaids served us well 😍. Breakfast and food were very good. safari for six offers small group safaris and it is a real plus!!!! The guide never pressed us and left us with all the necessary time with the animals (e.g. 1 hour with the 5 cheetahs). Recommended +++
