Neem na het ophalen van uw bagage contact met ons op via WhatsApp. Wij sturen u de gegevens van uw chauffeur en routebeschrijving naar het voertuig. Een video van het ontmoetingspunt wordt u een dag voor uw overdracht toegestuurd. Een geldig en bereikbaar WhatsApp nummer is verplicht. Geef uw internationale mobiele nummer op bij uw reservering. Houd er rekening mee dat onze chauffeurs alleen basis Engels spreken.

The driver tried to save us time by taking a "shorter" route, but was unaware of a festival closing the roads. The driver then brought us to the wrong hotel (Hint there are many DoubleTree hotels) even though we gave the correct address. By the time we realized it was the wrong location the driver was long gone. The company said that they would send a new car to pick us up in 10 - 15 minutes and it was over an hour later. In the end it was a 4 hour trip from the airport also causing us to miss a commitment for the evening. When asking for a refund we were told that they did eventually get us to to right location.
Very pity to see this review just for refund :( . I wish you could have mentioned exact adress of hotel which there are 2 same named hotels of at the area. You should have appreciated our effort to send you another vehicle to take you to another hotel without charging anything extra .Overall we made our commintments . Anyway Appreciate your feedback . Please share exact hotel adress next time for better services .
This was my second transfer with this company. Everything went smoothly and the gentleman who messaged me to finalize the details was very prompt with answering all my questions. The vehicle was clean and right on time. Very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.
