Deze tour neemt je mee naar twee van de beroemdste bezienswaardigheden van Madrid. Geniet eerst van een begeleid bezoek aan het Koninklijk Paleis, een van Europa’s grootste en mooiste paleizen. Verken de prachtige kamers en zalen en leer over de rijke geschiedenis. Ga dan richting het Prado Museum. Onderweg deelt uw Gids interessante feiten over de stad. In het Prado Museum zie je ongelooflijke werken van kunstenaars als Velázquez, Goya, Murillo, Rubens en Titiaan en leer je over hun invloed op de kunstgeschiedenis. Met skip-the-line toegang en Expert gidsen heb je een soepele en plezierige ervaring. Entreegelden zijn inbegrepen, zodat u gewoon kunt ontspannen en genieten van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Madrid. Mis deze geweldige ervaring niet! We bezoeken het Koninklijk Paleis van Madrid. We gaan naar binnen met een skip-the-line ticket.
Een belangrijk historisch plein in de oude binnenstad van Madrid. Het was een belangrijk centrum in de middeleeuwen en was de thuisbasis van het stadhuis.
Dit plein is het hart van de historische wijk "Madrid de los Austrias", de oude binnenstad van de stad.
Een van de beroemdste pleinen van Madrid, de thuisbasis van de iconische Beer en de Aardbeiboom standbeeld en de historische postkantoor klok, die de bron van de oudejaarsavond klokkenspel sinds 1962 is.
Het Paleis van de Cortes, of het Paleis van het Congres van Afgevaardigden, is het gebouw dat het Congres van Afgevaardigden herbergt, een van de twee kamers van de Cortes Generales, het Spaanse parlement.

My guide, Toni was amazing! Stepping through the doors of the Royal Palace feels like entering an era of peak royal power, where every hall was designed to impress foreign dignitaries and showcase absolute wealth. While the palace showcases how royalty lived, the Prado Museum (Museo del Prado) showcases what they collected. Widely considered one of the greatest art museums in the world, its collection focuses on deep masterworks rather than sheer volume. Beyond her deep knowledge, Toni was immensely engaging, continuously interacting with our group, taking questions on the fly, and keeping the energy high despite the large crowds. She knew every shortcut, precisely when to visit each major masterpiece to avoid bottlenecks, and made sure no one felt rushed.
Our tour was two tours combined. We started with a group of 19 in the morning. After the Royal palace tour 11 of the group departed. Only 4 did the city walking tour and we met the other 4 in the group in the afternoon for the Prado Museum. In the morning the tour started 30 minutes past the scheduled start time waiting for late arrivals and to complete check in. We also wasted a lot of time after the palace tour waiting as the guide checked out the people who were only there for the palace tour and not the whole day tour.

Guide was very knowledgeable and good command of English . She should have carried a flag - it was hard to find her . Tour was long and tiring , but she did give us time for a quick snack and water
