Royal Liver Building 360 is een stadsoriëntatiepunt met een uniek gezichtspunt en een meeslepende ervaringsgerichte tour. Bekijk in het bezoekerscentrum unieke stukken uit de bouwarchieven en leer meer over het gebouw, de architect en de beroemdste bewoners van Liverpool, The Liver Birds. Doe mee met je rondleiding en geniet van een spectaculair 360°-uitzicht op de skyline van Liverpool vanaf het uitkijkplatform op de 15e verdieping, ervaar een meeslepende audiovisuele show in de historische klokkentoren en leer alles over het iconische monument van Liverpool.

Begin je rondleiding in de presentatieruimte en bekijk een korte veiligheidsvideo voordat je meer te weten komt over de oorspronkelijke eigenaren van het gebouw, de Royal Liver Friendly Society en over de geschiedenis van de creatie van het gebouw. Spring in een lift naar het eerste uitkijkplatform en ga naar het dak op de 10e verdieping om het uitzicht op de rivier de Mersey richting de Welsh Mountains te aanschouwen. Maak foto's vanaf het hoogste externe punt, zodat je een duidelijk zicht hebt op de Great George Liver Clocks. Ga 89 trappen op naar de 14e verdieping om deel te nemen aan een audiovisuele ervaring van 270 graden. De projectieshow, die zich achter de wijzerplaten van de West Tower bevindt, maakt gebruik van een mix van licht, geluid en 4D-elementen zoals windmachines die je een terugblik in de tijd geven. Ga verder naar de eindbestemming terwijl je 35 trappen beklimt naar de top van het Royal Liver Building en naar de 15e verdieping. Bewonder de Liver Bird-sculpturen die bovenop het gebouw zitten en geniet van een adembenemend 360 graden uitzicht over de stad.

Really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Answered questions like he knew what I was going to ask! Clearly very practised at his craft. The audio-visual experience was my favourite bit as it felt very immersive. I thought the stairs were going to be a lot worse than they actually were! Glad I happened upon this on a whim and didn’t have to wait long to start.

My daughter and l had a truly amazing time. The views from the top of the building were spectacular. Our Guide was Shannon who was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable, also very willing to answer all questions. Although l am not disabled l do have asthma so thought the stairs might have been a bit much for me.l asked to be at the back so l didn’t hold the others up. Shannon made sure l was okay and couldn’t have been kinder. The visit was well the money and a great place to visit.

Knowledgeable guide. Interesting tour with humour. Fabulous views of the city. Small group which was nice.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience which was made especially enjoyable by Caitlin our guide. She kept us informed whilst we travelled up the building and we didn’t feel rushed. The tour of the building was amazing! Our tour guide, Shannon, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour took about 70 minutes to do but there was plenty of time to take photos of the surrounding views. While there were 100+ stairs, the guides allow you to take them at your own pace. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Liverpool.

Great tour yesterday with Shannon who was very knowledgeable about the building and very amusing. She made the tour a very enjoyable experience. We even saw the bee keepers and learnt about what they do. Amazing! Really recommend this tour but be warned there are a lot of steps but it’s worth it for the views when you get to the top!

A truly wonderful experience. The young lady who was our guide had an encyclopaedic knowledge of, not just the Royal Liver Building, but all the major buildings we could see from the viewing area. Yes, there are stairs to negotiate, but they are well lit and have solid handrails. There is a halfway halt in the clock chamber where a spectacular video is shown charting the history of Liverpool. The 360 deg. views from the platform below one of the Liver Birds are absolutely amazing. The whole city and river are laid out before you. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the tour.
