Rijd met je eigen huskyteam door de bossen van Lapland tijdens een ervaring met kleine groepen die is ontworpen om actief, persoonlijk en authentiek te zijn — zelfs buiten het winterseizoen. Arctic GM wordt geëxploiteerd door The Original Aurora Hunters® en is een familiebedrijf met wortels in Lapland dat teruggaat tot de jaren 1600. Het combineert lokale kennis met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en gastervaring. Na het ophalen kom je aan bij een afgelegen husky boerderij op eigen grond, weg van drukke toeristische gebieden. Maak kennis met de energieke husky’s en ontvang duidelijke instructies voordat u op een 5-8 km lange zelfrijdende safari vertrekt met een winkelwagen op wielen die is ontworpen voor herfstomstandigheden. Elke winkelwagen wordt gedeeld tussen twee gasten, met de mogelijkheid om van bestuurder te wisselen. Dit is ook het trainingsseizoen van de husky’s, wanneer ze het meest actief zijn na de zomer, en een unieke en boeiende ervaring in de natuur bieden. Breng na de rit tijd door met de honden voordat u ontspant bij het vuur met warme dranken en een traditionele Laplandse barbecue.

Reisroute
Begin je ervaring met ophalen in Rovaniemi en transfer naar een afgelegen huskyboerderij op eigen grond, weg van drukke toeristische gebieden. Bij aankomst ontmoet je de husky's en krijg je duidelijke instructies van je Gids over hoe je de slee-stijl winkelwagen op wielen gebruikt tijdens het herfstseizoen. Er is geen voorafgaande ervaring vereist. U vertrekt vervolgens op een zelfrijdende huskysafari, die ongeveer 5-8 km aflegt via bospaden omgeven door herfstkleuren. Elke winkelwagen wordt gedeeld tussen twee gasten, met een rijdende en een zittende, en de mogelijkheid om van rol te wisselen tijdens de rit. Breng na de safari tijd door met de honden, maak foto's en leer meer over hun training en dagelijks leven. De ervaring gaat verder rond het vuur, waar u kunt opwarmen met warme dranken en genieten van een traditionele Lapland barbecue. Na het bezoek, transfer terug naar Rovaniemi. De totale duur is ongeveer 3-4 uur.

And liked the tour very much. The driver was very friendly and accommodating. The crew at Husky Farm was also very nice and told us a lot of information. We really enjoyed the trip and can recommend it to others. We made the trip in early October and were only 4 people, which was very pleasant.

Our guide arrived on time at the agreed meeting point. Very friendly and nice. After an hour's drive we arrived at the Huskyfarm. There we were able to change and then the experience started. A guide showed us around the farm and explained everything. Later we drove an approximately 5 km round through the autumn forest. Later there was a small BBQ. All in all very nice. People were friendly and helpful throughout.

This was my first tour I did with this company. Issak, our tour guide was great 😀 It was so much fun to do and a great way to enjoy the beautiful scenery. When the ride was finished, we were allowed to pet and cuddle the dogs, it made me all fuzzy inside. 😍 The group I did this tour with were a lot fun. 100% recommend this tour.
