Hoogtepunten van de tour: Den Haag : Verken het centrum van macht en vrede. Je ziet het Vredespaleis (thuisbasis van het Internationaal Gerechtshof), de buitenkant van het Binnenhof (parlement) en Paleis Noordeinde. Rotterdam : Ontdek een stad van moderne architectuur. Geniet van vrije tijd voor diepgaande ontdekkingstochten en lunch in de innovatieve Markthal. Delft : Bezoek deze prachtige middeleeuwse stad voor geschiedenis en handwerk. De tour omvat een bezoek aan een van de laatst overgebleven Royal Delftware keramische fabrieken en een uitgebreide Driving City Centre Tour. Deze hoogwaardige tour is ontworpen om uw tijd te maximaliseren voor een rijkere culturele ervaring in alle drie de steden. Duur : 9 uur, waarvan ongeveer 3 uur rijtijd.

The excursion was well organised. Alex and Ian have been a wonderful team, professional and very responsible driving from Alex and informative and entertaining guidance from Ian. Highly recommended.
This morning we arrived on time at the meeting point address ("De Ruijterkade 34"). The problem is that the ticket does not specify anywhere that it is mandatory to physically enter a commercial establishment to check in. We were waiting outside on the street for the guide, and when we went into the shop to ask, they told us the bus had just left. The staff at Tours & Tickets did not provide us with a solution and referred us to you. Given that we were at the location on time and the error is due to ambiguous instructions on the ticket, I kindly request that you reschedule the excursion for another day. I really enjoyed this tour. It was just enough to give you a taste of each stop and make you want to plan a trip for a longer stay in each city. Our guide was wonderful. He kept us moving at a very relaxed pace. There was a guided tour in each city and then some free time. I would do it again if I had the chance.
We visited Amsterdam for the first time. We booked a bus tour to Rotterdam which had unique architecture, Delft had a pottery tour and The Hague which had multiple embassies. Our tour guide Pieter was very personable and filled with facts and guided us safely around the busy bike lanes . He made the tour worthwhile.

The small tour canceled us, we didn’t have time so had to go with bus. Tour guide was amazing but the tour didn’t have much stops so we didn’t get a chance to see several places.
Rotterdam was complete waste of time, Hague and Delft were nice. Guide was good and humorous. Bus was dirty
This is the first for me to do a negative rating. All previous tour that I did were fun and informative. However, this one felt like just a bus ride to different cities and not a tour. No information, no history, absolutely nothing was given during this bus ride. The bus would stop, the guide would just say go walk around, see you in an hour. What is where? were are we going? What are we seeing? Every city/ town in Europe is rich in history. This guide gave us none. I was looking forward to this tour because I already knew some of the history of these cities and was eager to learn more. It ended up being the biggest disappointment out of the whole vacation. A free tour of Amsterdam was 100 times more informative than this one that I paid for!!!!
There was a traffic accident from the hotel to the drop off point which was unforseen and unexpected. We had given plenty of time under normal conditions to attend the excursion. Because of the accident, we were an hour and a half late to arrive at the tour desk. We called ahead and let them know as well. They would not do anything to refund us Which given the circumstances, were out of our control
