Was very easy to set up the round trip transfer. I even mistakenly forgot to enter the return information and was contacted promptly for that information to complete the booking. Very good follow through. WhatsApp seems to be preferred by the drivers vs regular texting. English was a second language for both drivers but had no problem at all with communication. After the first transfer started, I was contacted with a link to the booking on Elifelimo.com, which processed the transfers. The Viator app showed the round trip as completed after the first segment, which caused some concern, but the Elifelimo.com link had the information for both segments. Would have been nice to know that would happen so we were not panicked regarding the return transfer. All in all, 5/5 rating, but if your group has more than 4 large bags then there really is not enough room in the vehicles for 4 passengers plus extra bags without holding small bags on laps.

Viator and the company that dispatches the drivers, does not care about customer satisfaction nor customer service. You do not honor your own word and promises. I was told that the vehicle arriving to pick us up and to take us to the airport, would be a Lexus or BMW level vehicle, which I paid for. The arrival vehicle was a Toyota Van and the departure vehicle was a tine Toyota car. Neither met my expectations or promise made by Viator. I even called both Viator and the company dispatching the drivers and the service and attitude was poor. I was asked, “Did I want a ride or not!” If asked if I would recommend this company and their service to others, my answer would be NO!
