Rondleiding met gids door Dubai!

The tour had an organized agenda but were not able to get to everything in allotted time. The tour ran over time to get to the Souq (market). I thought we were clear when we told our driver we only wanted to see the market IF we had time. He said “no problem” and said he would “drop us off for 30 minutes”. While we were told additional time would be $35 per hour, we did not expect to be charged since we specified we only wanted to do it if we had time. We’ve been to 100’s of markets and could care less about the market. Due to traffic issues getting to/from market, we were back to the hotel 2 hours later than expected. We were told we had to pay $70 additional and the office was unable/unwilling to accept payment by credit card (which I offered immediately even though I did not think the extra charge was just). The office began harassing me via calls and texts and sent driver INTO OUR HOTEL to find us for immediate cash payment. It was incredibly unprofessional and an intimidation tactic I did not agree with. My husband had to walk with the driver a block away to an ATM machine to pay so he would leave us. The driver should have communicated that the market would push us over the arranged time (despite being on the agenda) and the office should have communicated that overage would be expected in cash. The experience definitely left a bad impression and I would NOT recommend this company as a result.

Mustafa is an excellent guide. Very professional, very knowledgeable, speaks Arabic, English and fluent Hebrew, patient and has a sense of humor. He guided us for a whole day and we enjoyed every moment with him. Highly recommended.

Communication with the guide was difficult and too much upselling during the tour and for future tours.

Our tour was booked at 8 the company messaged mme at midnight asking for extra for a 4x4 even though that was wat is advertised. We paid double for this. Visitor we would like a refund. Trip not as described

The creek ride to the Souks and the attention of the guide was excellent Shopping advice and options galore. Attention for my physically challenged guests was considerable and deeply appreciated.

In the Viator description, a 4WD car was mentioned, before starting, the office wanted to have 100 USD extra charge for a 4WD. After resolving this, the originally 6 h tour was reduced to 4 h together with 50 USD extra charge per hour. The driver was very friendly and competent but we advised to stop the tour after 4 h to avoid extra charges. Also for ~ 1h out of the 4 h was spent just for shopping (gold, herpes), even if we had mentioned before that we just want "look". Excitng city but some room for improvement for the tour operator.

Our driver Rijad contacted us by WhatsApp which was great, all arrangements were made prior to our arrival. He was a little late (10 mins) but we still got all of our time plus he dropped us off at our next tour! He was fun, informative and was just excited to take us all over Dubai to see all the wonderful sights. He even got us on one of the palm leafs, that was definitely a highlight. We were comfortable, he got us water, he carried our bags - a gentleman for sure.

We had a great day tour of Dubai with Rijad! We opted for a private full day tour visiting the old souks as well as the modern marvels! Rijad was wonderful - on time for our hotel pickup, educated, kind, accommodating, and passionate about his work. We learned so much and enjoyed our day! Thanks Rijad!

We got luck to find Rajad and have him as our tour guide. Great time, fun, informative, flexible. Ask for him for a fabulous city tour.

Nice to have a customized trip around the city. Our “guide” was more of a driver, not a tour guide. He did not give us historical information about the sites.
