Dit wordt een tour van 2 uur. Je gaat naar de rivier die ongeveer 700 meter is. Deze plaats wordt de kookpot genoemd. Je gaat naar Victoria Falls Bridge, die meer dan 100 jaar oud is, en krijgt een kans om de Victoria Falls vanaf een ander uitkijkpunt te zien.

De Victoriawatervallen of de "Mosi Oa Tunya-watervallen" zoals beschreven door de Kololo-stam die rond het gebied leefde, wat betekent "rook dat dondert", is een van de zeven (7) natuurlijke wonderen en de grootste watervallen ter wereld. Het verspreidt zich over de Zambezi-rivier (de vierde grootste rivier in Afrika) tussen de grenzen van Zambia en Zimbabwe. De Victoria-watervallen zijn vernoemd naar Koningin Victoria van de Schotse missionaris David Livingstone, de eerste Europeaan die Afrika heeft overgestoken Het biedt een spectaculair uitzicht op een inspirerende schoonheid en wordt beschouwd als de grootste vanwege zijn breedte van 1.708 meter en de hoogte van 108 meter. De rondleiding door de Victoria Falls neemt de vorm aan van een wandeling in het regenwoud met onze deskundige en informatieve gids. Je vertrekt vanuit de Lodge via onze luxe shuttles naar de watervallen voor je Tour. Het is echt geweldig om de Victoria Falls aan beide kanten te bekijken en duurt maximaal twee uur. Gedurende deze tijd heeft de gast het voorrecht om ongeveer 700 meter naar de rivier af te dalen naar een plek die de kookpot wordt genoemd. Verder wordt de gast meegenomen naar de Victoria Falls-brug die meer dan 100 jaar oud is en de kans krijgt de Victoria Falls vanaf het andere uitkijkpunt te bekijken.

We were a groupe of 8 Norwegians that spent 4 days with Chris. He took us on a game drive, boat safari and to Victoria falls. He also had two very long transits with us. We were super happy with Chris! He did his best at all times to make the experience great for us, and I cannot recommend him any more! I used Chris Tours for transport from Victoria Falls Airport to the Waterfront in Zambia. They greeted me with a sign at the airport, were timely, and helped with the boarder crossing. 10/10 would recommend Chris Tours.
Chris and his guide Obran were excellent both in the organisation of our transfers to and from Kasane as well as the tour of the Falls. We also enjoyed a personal visit from Chris at our hotel that he also booked for us.
