- Geef de volledige namen van alle reizigers bij het boeken. Het niet voorleggen van een voucher met de volledige naam van alle reizigers bij de ticketbalie voorafgaand aan de toegang kan leiden tot toegang tot de attractie.

Our guide was well informed and easy to understand. Tour was held up at the security checkpoint because the group included several who had passes for a later tour than the rest of our group.
The tour starting point is a little walk from St. Mark’s basicilia. The group was far too large and the tour guide didn’t keep up with the group. Because we were so far spaced out, we missed most of the guided tour and history. The tour was rushed and we barely had time to stop and take in the beauty of the church.
Great tour guide, and tour was exactly as described. We learned some interesting facts about this gorgeous basilica.
This is not a tour of the Basilica. This is a walking tour (5 to 10 minutes) through the streets from a church to the Basilica square. I only found this out when I got to the meeting point. This is not what we thought we purchased. I did not do the walking tour and have requested a refund.

Sadly this was a bust for us. The vaporetto was late - took us more than half hour to we missed the start. Operator would not send the entrance tickets, despite communication to request them. Not fair to visitors.

We’d like to clarify that you contacted us about 20 minutes before the tour started, letting us know you had missed the vaporetto and were still in line. Unfortunately, during high season, public transport in Venice can be quite crowded and delayed. Even if you had boarded the vaporetto at that time, the ride from the train station to St. Mark’s Square takes approximately 30–35 minutes, meaning you would have arrived late regardless. Walking might have actually been a faster option. Our tours begin on time, and as we explained multiple times, the entrance tickets have a fixed time slot and cannot be rescheduled or used after that time. For this reason, we were unable to send you the tickets after the tour had already started. We understand this was disappointing, but we always recommend arriving well in advance, especially when relying on public transport during peak periods. Great tour with amazing guide. She was passionate about the tour and shared excellent details. The basilica is incredible.
After calling the tour phone number twice to ask for help finding the meeting point, we missed the tour. The meeting point is not next to the Basilica and the employee on the phone was not helpful. Even after walking the waiting line for the tour guide entrance, we could not find any tour guides with signage for Park Viaggi. Very poorly organized and very frustrating. We were told that we could not get a refund and they could not book a later tour. We have booked many tours through Viator but this one was not satisfactory. Find a more reputable tour company!
We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to miss a tour. However, we’d like to kindly point out that the meeting point is clearly indicated on the voucher provided at the time of booking. It is not located right next to the Basilica for organizational reasons, and the directions include a map to make it easy to find. Our phone staff tried to assist, but once the tour has started and the guide is inside the monument, it’s no longer possible to reach them. We regret that we couldn’t offer a refund or move you to a later tour, but during high season it is unfortunately extremely difficult to find availability.
