Vermeld bij het boeken de leeftijd van uw kinderen (als ze worden begeleid) en houd er rekening mee dat er mogelijk om hun identiteitsbewijs wordt gevraagd.
- Houd er rekening mee dat de toegang tot de toren op eigen gelegenheid is, zonder gids, en dat dit nog eens 30 minuten extra duurt.
- Let op: bij weersomstandigheden zoals regen of wind kunnen de torens gesloten zijn
- Houd er rekening mee dat u om naar de torens te gaan een lift moet gebruiken, maar om naar beneden te gaan moet u de trap gebruiken
- Houd er rekening mee dat discrete kleding verplicht is, de toegang kan beperkt zijn als de kleding niet aan de eisen voldoet
- Houd er rekening mee dat in de Sagrada Familia-regelgeving staat dat kinderen jonger dan 11 jaar geen ontvanger krijgen om naar de gids te luisteren. Amigo Tours beheert de toegang van elk van onze klanten en deze maatregel heeft niets met ons te maken.

I paid extra to book this tour because it included tower access (which was sold out on the official site). A few days before the tour, the organizer messaged saying there would be no tower access, but our tour guide could help us onsite. At this time, there was no way to book another tour with access because everything else sold out. Our tour guide, Paola, was great, but she didn’t know any of us were supposed to have access. In the initial notification, the organizer said they’d provide refunds for the change. I’ve reached out 4 times and nobody will respond to help with a refund. Viator, please help. We didn’t get what we paid for.
First, the church is beautiful and a must see. Save yourself time and avoid this tour. The tour meeting place for 50 people was outside a private residence and an owner was furious we were meeting there. You’ll walk 4 blocks to the church and then Francisco (guide) was behind schedule and rushed the tour. He told us great places to take photos and then never allowed ample time for people to take the photos. Lastly, if you purchase the tower access they will hold those tickets until the very end before providing them to guests. This was without a doubt the worst tour our family has ever experienced through TripAdvisor and I would encourage you to consider an alternative tour or simply visit the church ticket office and save yourself time.

If I I could give zero stars I would. This company is a total scam. I bought my ticket 3 weeks in advanced to visit the sacred family church with tower access in Barcelona..they sent me confirmations and everything else. 2 days prior to arrival to Barcelona they emailed me saying they had a “logistical Issue” and they cancelled my ticket. Did not offer me a suitable alternative. Do not waste your time and avoid this company at all costs.
