- Voor de basiliek gelden tijdslimieten : 20 minuten voor het hoofdgedeelte, plus 10 minuten voor het Pala d’Oro. De duur van het museum- en terrasbezoek is afhankelijk van de geboekte service.
- Bezoekers van 11 + (alleen Basiliek) of 6 + (Dogepaleis) moeten een ticket voor volwassenen boeken.
- De basiliek kan de toegang sluiten of beperken vanwege religieuze gebeurtenissen of hoogwater.
- Vanaf 1 januari 2026: Basiliek €12; Museum of Pala d’Oro €24; beide €36; Campanile €18; Dogenpaleis €35; Museumpas €40. Restwaarde dekt operationele kosten, inclusief de audiogids en hosting of gecertificeerde gidsdiensten.
- Voor gehoste tickets zonder wachtrij sluit u zich aan bij een groep op het verzamelpunt en moet u bij de aan u toegewezen host blijven voor toegang. Gehoste toegang omzeilt geen veiligheidscontroles.

This company is dishonest. We paid 130 € for the visit to 2 of St. Mark's Basilica with the option Pala d'Oro... The day before we receive an email to tell us that finally with our tickets we can not access the Pala d'Oro (probably we did not pay enough!) but that we will be refunded the difference. On the day of the visit we are given 2 tickets for 24 € for the visit (without the Pala d'Oro therefore). I just received a refund of the difference from Crown Tours: 40 € !!! If at least one customer can avoid being scammed in the future following this warning, I will be satisfied. Run away from this company.

In your case, we were informed by the venue the day before that Pala d’Oro entry would not be possible with the allocated tickets. We informed you promptly and issued a partial refund corresponding to the price difference, as per policy. You received valid skip-the-line entry to Saint Mark’s Basilica and were refunded the portion related to the unavailable section. We understand this may have caused disappointment, but please know this was not a case of dishonesty, rather an unfortunate change from the monument's side, outside our control. Terrible service by Crown Tours. We booked via one of the 3rd party platform they affiliate with. The platform did not charge one of our children correctly and they did not even try to find a solution. They only came to us to tell us that the child cannot go in. They didn't even wait for us to resolve our problem with their 3rd party supplier. They have been rude from the begining of their interaction. The guides clearly hate their jobs, they are stiff and totally anti-touristic. Terrible service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are way more professional companies than these people.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or override booking errors made by third-party platforms, especially when Basilica access is controlled and ticketed. While our team did try to assist on-site, when tickets are sold out, there is simply no way to add a last-minute participant. We're sorry if our staff came across as unhelpful, this is not how we want our service to be perceived. We recommend always reviewing the ticket breakdown during booking, especially for child entries, and contacting the platform directly in cases of pricing or ticket discrepancies. I do not understand the positive comments This is a scam! And it is not a wire cutter at all. We had an appointment at 9:45 with crown. At 10:00, the purple shirt finally arrives. We waited 50 minutes under the sun, nothing was happening. Our guide was waiting (but what we don't know...) We decided, like other members of the group, to go back into the church by ourselves and repay. We signed the scam to get your guide.

At the last minute they changed the meeting point with the guide, who was supposed to give me the entrance tickets to the Basilica, without making sure that I was aware. DO NOT RELY ON THIS AGENCY! THEY'RE STEALING YOUR MONEY! Buy on the official website of the Basilica which also cost much less.

The tour was well organised and the guide was excellent. The skip the line was worth it as the whole St Marks area is super busy. The headsets were good and we could hear the explanations provided.

Despite a big mistake on our part on the booking date, the team on site in Venice managed to get us tickets for the tour and we were able to enjoy the Basilica of San Marco. Thanks again to them for the responsiveness!
