-Geniet van deze prachtige bananenplantage in de gemeente Arucas, op slechts 10 minuten van de stad Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. -Het enige bananeninterpretatiecentrum op het eiland Gran Canaria. -We doen toeristische excursies, schoolexcursies en privérondleidingen. -Je leert over het teeltproces van dit wereldwijd geconsumeerde fruit en probeert de verschillende producten op basis van bananen, zoals wijnen of jam.

In het Bananenmuseum van Gran Canaria leiden we je rond op onze bananenplantage en leren we je alles over de teelt van deze vrucht. Je bezoekt een Canarisch huis uit 1804 dat volledig is gerestaureerd, trouw aan de oorspronkelijke architectuur. Binnen is het interpretatiecentrum en een winkel waar u een selectie van ambachtelijke producten kunt proeven die op onze eilanden zijn gemaakt en die bananen bevatten, zoals verschillende soorten jam, bananenjam en zelfs bananenwijn, evenals cosmetische lijnen die ook met bananen zijn gemaakt. .

It's a pity that there isn't a guide who speaks Italian; however, both the English and Spanish guides were very skilled and professional. They explained and showed us many things and let us taste quite a few items. I won't tell you, but discover it for yourselves😀. I highly recommend it; it's a different excursion from the usual, suitable if you come here to Gran Canaria.

ANDREA showed us the entire farm and showed us each banana plant in its growth phase and its varieties. We have learned a lot and we loved the tasting.
Visiting the banana plantation was a fantastic experience! We had the opportunity to see many different banana varieties and learn a lot of interesting facts about them. Ilie was an excellent guide who shared his knowledge with great enthusiasm and passion. The tour ended with a delicious tasting session, which was the perfect way to finish the visit. Highly recommended!
