Colosseum Arena Palatine Hill and Roman Forum Tour: This tour was excellent, well organised from start to finish, Sandro the tour guide was so knowledgeable and was just excellent he made it so interesting for the whole group.

I would avoid this company. We booked a colesseum guided tour for 2nd May. 3 days before they phoned to ask if we would be willing to change dates. This didnt fit our itenary so asked so keep the 2nd of which they said we could. Then on the morning of our flight to Italy we get a message to say they cant provide the tour on the 2nd May. After speaking with them they advise they can do the tour on the 2nd but at a different time. This is now 30th April. They assure me the ammended tickets will be issued within a few hours and tell me they are 100% avaialble. Needless to say they dont. They then ignore more calls and messages for about 14 hours. Clearly when they see my mobile number its ignored - as when i phone from my wifes they answer. We then finally receive a message at 4PM on 1st May to tell me the booking is cancelled. Now I understand thinga sometimes go wrong, but tbis company will lie and make it very hard to get in touch with them in the hope they can somehow find a lastminute ticket. All I can say is i would avoid these dishonest clowns ans book with another guide. I would also note they have lots of good reviews, but would suspect many are fake. Take a look at their bad reviews as I am not the only customer they have done this to. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Had a great tour this morning with Alicie. She was very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. My 9 year old son was very impressed with her and she regularly checked in to make sure he was ok. Every thing went smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you Alicie!!

This was a most interesting and informative excursion with a friendly, patient and knowledgeable guide, Aphrodite. Access to the main attractions was far easier for the tour party and we avoided much of the crush otherwise. I highly recommend this tour - it was a comfortable timetable, not rushed, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions. It was great - our guide was excellent.
