Na een reis van ongeveer 40 minuten vanaf het ophaalpunt, bezoeken we de Cueva de los Verdes, een unieke formatie met landschaps- en vulkanologische kenmerken van buitengewone waarde. Gelegen in het noorden van het eiland en geïntegreerd in het uitgestrekte vulkanische landschap van de Malpaís de la Corona, is het een van de wonderen die de ingewanden van Lanzarote verbergen, begiftigd met een mysterieus en speciaal karakter.
Ongeveer 15 minuten met de bus van Cueva bezoeken we Jameos del Agua, het eerste centrum voor kunst, cultuur en toerisme gecreëerd door César Manrique, een natuurlijke ruimte die zijn oorsprong vindt in een vulkanische tunnel. De kunstenaar, schilder en beeldhouwer, ingehuldigd in 1968, transformeerden de ruimte, waardoor een uniek werk in de wereld ontstond dat de maximale uitdrukking van zijn ideologie vertegenwoordigt: artistieke creatie in harmonie met de omgeving en de natuur.
Deze klif ligt 500 meter hoog en biedt een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht over Lanzarote en het eiland Graciosa Yo
Na een panoramische busrit van 15 minuten komen we aan in Haría, gelegen in de charmante "vallei van de duizend palmbomen", een van de beste inheemse palmbossen van de Canarische Eilanden. Als de weg de bergen ingaat, verschijnt deze oase te midden van de pure geologie van het eiland: groene landerijen en gewassen bezaaid met het wit van de populaire architectuur van het eiland.
Na een reis van 30 minuten komen we aan op het geografische punt van Lanzarote in de gemeente San Bartolomé, het Casa-Museo del Campesino, het werk waarmee César Manrique de inspanningen van de boeren van Lanzarote erkent. Vanuit de bus zien we het Monument voor de vruchtbaarheid, ook wel bekend als het Monument voor de Boer. Het is een constructie van meer dan 15 meter, gemaakt door César Manrique samen met de meester Jesús Soto, van oude bootwatertanks, geassembleerde ijzeren en betonnen voorwerpen, een prachtige weerspiegeling van avant-garde kunst, die is uitgegroeid tot een van de iconografische symbolen van het eiland.

Nice tour to see the hihglights in Lanzarote! Even though it was a rainy day. That made the island with its many volcanoes and moon-like landscape even more beautiful and mysterious. The lunch could have been longer, so you have a little more time to have lunch elsewhere. And maybe they can combine camel ride with wine tasting, so that people can choose and not a lot of time is wasted for the people who don't want a camel ride.
Lovely experience, the caves were really interesting. The lagoon was good experience and we only spent about 45 minutes which is enough time to get round. My husband and I both enjoy bus journey through the National Park, it is a very dramatic and barren place. Beautiful colouring in the rocks and on the volcanoes. The guide was good and shared lots of information. Unfortunately some information was missed due to the speaker system on the bus.
The trip was amazing incorporated everything we wanted to do , information sent through was upto date and informative , so glad we picked this tour .
What a fantastic excursion!! The tour guide was utterly amazing, fun, energetic and just so exciting! The caves were fascinating and the whole trip was so much fun. Well organised, everything on time and learned so much about the island. 100% would recommend!!
Excellent tour. No problems with pick up, tour guide was brilliant, all on time. It exceeded my expectations. The caves are amazing, but would not suit anyone with mobility issues, steep uneven steps. Everything was as described. The lunch was definitely worth having, very good. I'd definitely recommend this tour.

First of all I would like to comment on communication with the company - it was outstanding. I originally booked a whole island tour on getyourguide but had presence of mind to ask about joining it from a cruise ship. Immediately I was informed that it was not suitable and a different arrangement can be made for us. I had messages from the company a day before, updates in real time on the day. The tour itself was amazing value for money. Cruise ship passengers take notice - it cost one third for four times more than a cruise ship excursion. We have done only one part but have seen massive number of things. We were picked up and dropped off at the port. Fantastic guide, brilliant driver, entrance fees included in the price. I would not hesitate to book through them again.
Great itinerary booked through getyourguide. The tour had 80+ people which we thought was far too much. Alot of queuing for facilities as most places only had 2 toilets. Couldn't really hear alot of the information or see demonstration due to volume of people. Definitely would not have booked if we had realised it was such a large group. The journey back a bit of a shambles as the guide took a group back to playa blanca and the driver didn't speak English so was very chaotic...
The guide was very personable and positive, but there were too many attendees (63). We could not all hear her many times. Also the camel ride was not for all of us.
The place is amazing, views are fantastic. It is an intricate labyrinth of caves or lava tubes/tunnels it is very uneven down in the caves so you have to be careful I would suggest that it is not a place for people with wheelchairs or uneasy on their feet. The water below is cold and still with blind white crabs living in it. The reflections make a great picture. Above ground is the pool, it is so white around it looks like snow. Apparently one the King of Spain is allowed to swim in it although it does look like they hold parties there. There is a coffee/snack cafe in the cave but give yourself plenty of time if you are on a coach trip, we didn't get time to have a cuppa. Worth the trip, very well worth the trip.
