Onder leiding van een expert leer je extra vergine olijfolie ruiken, proeven en combineren terwijl je de kwaliteiten en het juiste gebruik ontdekt. Weet u hoe u hoogwaardige EVOO kunt identificeren? Sylvia was an incredible tour guide. She was so knowledgeable and shared with us not only about the food, but shared with us historic stories along the way. She was kind, fun, and energetic, and at the same time gave us space to enjoy time together. Wonderful experience!
We love olives, olive oil and wines. So we were in great anticipation of this class. The place is absolutely lovely. It is a joy to discover the outside all iron and glass and then enter the interior space. Elegant and Glorious! We met our tutor Alessandro who was truly wonderful. We thought we knew a lot about olive oils but learned so much more and enjoyed the learning. The veggies and breads for the olive oils were great. If I say anymore it will be all superlatives. Four different wines and bread and charcuterie board! Alessandro made it so enjoyable and fun. We hated that it ended!
