De kerk van St. Ignatius van Loyola op Campus Martius is een rooms-katholieke titulaire kerk, met de rang van diaken, gewijd aan Ignatius van Loyola, de stichter van de Sociëteit van Jezus, gevestigd in Rome, Italië.
Pantheon Omringd door rustieke geplaveide steegjes lijkt het torenhoge Pantheon (vroeger een tempel, tegenwoordig een kerk) uit het niets te verschijnen. Het werd bijna 2000 jaar geleden gebouwd door keizer Hadrianus en is tot op de dag van vandaag de grootste koepel van ongewapend beton ter wereld. We passeren het Pantheon en verkennen het omliggende plein, waarbij we hier in totaal ongeveer 20 minuten doorbrengen.
We eindigen op een hoogtepunt op het prachtige en levendige Piazza Navona - een van de beroemdste bezienswaardigheden van Rome. Met drie prachtige fonteinen en de klassieke barokke kerk van Sant'Agnese in Agone. We brengen hier 20 minuten door voordat we de tour beëindigen - waarna je enkele van de vele nabijgelegen bars en restaurants kunt verkennen

My spouse and myself spend 14 days across Italy. Our experience with Dominica in Rome was hands down our favorite tour that we went on. She was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. At the end of the tour she even sent us a list of her favorite places to eat afterwards. A great way to start the trip, make sure you see the musts in the heart of Rome and stay awake- super crowded but our guide gave us a phenomenal recommendation for dinner where we have literally probably our best mean of the trip!

This wasn’t our tour but couldn’t find “Wonders of Rome walking tour” on drop down menu!! It was a group walk with only 5 of us in attendance which was super lucky! This was our first night and a fabulous introduction to central Rome. Many of the major sights covered and Mary, our guide, was super informative. She delivered the tour with enthusiasm, demonstrating great local knowledge. Two hours passed in a flash! We felt we had really been introduced to the city and gave us the perfect grounding upon which to base the rest of our wanders! Thank you, Mary!
