Originally booked November 2025 to tour Colosseum June 2026. To be sure all reservations remained valid, I checked Viator monthly. To my surprise, and without notice or substitute suggestion, our tour had been canceled. I re-booked again with another Viator Company. We were all set with vouchers in hand. ONE HOUR before tour was to begin I received a phone call ... we are sorry but the Guide is out today - no one is available - no option offered - maybe tomorrow MAYBE. next time I will stay with another tour outlet altogether.
Tour guide did not show up- very expensive and ruined our day as there were no other guided tours available for that day and we had a short trip.
