- Minimumaantal deelnemers: Voor de tour zijn minimaal 4 deelnemers vereist. Indien dit aantal niet wordt bereikt, wordt een alternatieve datum of volledige restitutie aangeboden.
- Maximale groepsgrootte: De limiet is vastgesteld op 8 gasten per gids om een persoonlijke ervaring te garanderen. We kunnen flexibel zijn (1-2 extra gasten) om te voorkomen dat we familie-/groepsboekingen moeten splitsen. De tour kan echter ook doorgaan met minder dan 6 personen.
- Route: 100% van de route vindt plaats in het historische centrum en op het fietspad langs de rivier de Tiber. Ondanks zorgvuldige routekeuze is het belangrijk om te weten dat er soms toch licht verkeer op het wegdek kan voorkomen.
- Wijzigingen in de route: Indien er in het centrum van Rome feestelijke gebeurtenissen, officiële evenementen of openbare demonstraties plaatsvinden, behoudt de touroperator zich het recht voor om één of meerdere hoogtepunten van de route te vervangen om de veiligheid van de groep te waarborgen.
- Gids : Er is een minimale fietservaring vereist.
- Test en afwijzing: Voor vertrek wordt een korte evaluatietest uitgevoerd. De gids behoudt zich het absolute recht voor om deelname te weigeren (zonder restitutie) aan een gast die ongeschikt wordt geacht vanwege onvoldoende rijvaardigheden of een precaire fysieke/mentale conditie.
- Baby's en kinderen (tot 20 kg) reizen gratis in een door de bus verstrekte kinderstoel.
- Kinderen: Kinderen (kleiner dan 139 cm / 4 ft 7 in) moeten een fietsverlengstuk gebruiken (meefiets/aanhanger).
- Minimumleeftijd voor een e-bike: De minimumleeftijd om met uw eigen e-bike te rijden is 12 jaar.

This e-bike tour was the highlight of our Italian trip! The tour was absolutely incredible with our tour leader George who showed us many of the highlights of Rome. The highlights of the ride included: riding through Rome traffic, riding through Villa Borghese Park, going to a local Saturday produce market and riding up the Via della Conciliazione to the Vatican.

Great experience! Friendly staff, spoke English well. Took us to all the sites and had some surprises on the way. They knew ways to avoid the crowds while still seeing the sites. The e-bikes worked perfectly and my kids (9&11) had no trouble at all navigating the streets or the crowds. PERFECT DAY!

Michale was an excellent guide. He rode at a calming pace through the crowds. Guided us through some quieter side streets through various different neighborhoods. Shared interesting history and answered all our questions. We were a small group of 2 people. Wonderful experience and tour.

A wonderful tour through Rome with the guide Giorgio, who told us the wonderful history of Rome in English and also knew some words in German. Super friendly and with insider knowledge of Rome about the best cafés and viewpoints away from the tourist hotspots. Italian traffic is a bit chaotic; one should know this when navigating the city by bicycle. For us, it was a fantastic day and an amazing experience, and I would absolutely recommend it.

We booked a small group tour with Giorgio. He was a phenomenal guide; his grasp of Roman history was amazing, and he took us to some amazing vistas. He even took us to the Campo di Fiori market where he pointed out the best bakery and pizza place in town, and he was 100% right. At the end of the tour, he retraced our route on a paper map as a souvenir, and also gave us tips about the neighborhood around our hotel. Totally a 5 star experience!
