Onze Engels chef-kok zal u stap voor stap Gids terwijl u authentieke Italiaans verse pasta en tiramisù helemaal vanaf nul bereidt — allemaal terwijl u geniet van onbeperkte Italiaans wijn gedurende de hele ervaring. Elke deelnemer krijgt een eigen werkplek voor een volledig hands-on les, zodat je echt leert door te doen. Je zult twee iconische pastavormen beheersen : klassieke fettuccine en heerlijke met ricotta gevulde ravioli. Terwijl u kookt, geniet u van de levendige en gastvrije sfeer van onze gezellige Romeinse locatie, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het Vaticaan. Het is de perfecte setting om verbinding te maken, te leren en plezier te hebben. Zodra uw gerechten klaar zijn, verzamelt u zich rond onze sociale tafel om verhalen, gelach en culinaire tips te delen. Leun achterover en geniet van de maaltijd die u hebt gemaakt, geserveerd met traditionele Romeinse sauzen, en sluit af met uw zelfgemaakte romige tiramisù. We had an absolutely amazing time! Thank you to Sonya who made our experience so much fun and educational. We made delicious tiramisu, fettuccini and ravioli. I had the pesto fettuccini and my husband had the carbonara—both were amazing and they kept the wine flowing.

Did a 10.30 cooking class today and finally learned how to make ravioli, fettuccini, and tiramisu properly. Making the pasta dough from scratch is a game changer. Everything came out tasting amazing and it was actually a good laugh. If you want to level up your Italian food game, this is definitely the move.

What a great experience! Sabrina was a great teacher and guided us through the process step by step! I can’t say my pasta was perfect but it was delicious! And the tiramisu was *chefs kiss* and we made it! My favorite experience of our trip so far!
