Deze alles-in-één workshop brengt het beste van de Italiaanse eetcultuur samen: hands-on pizza maken, traditionele pasta maken, onbeperkt wijn drinken en zelfgemaakte tiramisù en Limoncello – alles in één prachtig samengestelde ervaring. Geleid door ECHTE CHEFS Je kookt samen met het team van Chef Giuseppe in een vredige Romeinse tuin, weg van de drukte en toch binnen Rome. Met kleine groepen (maximaal 15 gasten per instructeur) blijft de sfeer intiem, ontspannen en persoonlijk, waardoor aandachtige begeleiding tijdens de les mogelijk is. Gedurende 3,5 uur word je begeleid door een erkende Mastro Pizzaiolo en Pasta Maker, waarbij je echte technieken en professionele methoden leert die je met vertrouwen mee naar huis kunt nemen. Je bereidt drie verschillende deegsoorten en geniet van je handgemaakte maaltijd in combinatie met wijn uit onze eigen wijngaard. Meer dan een klasse, dit is een gelukkige viering van Italiaans eten, wijn, vakmanschap en gastvrijheid.

Overall a good experience! Instructor was good and patient. Great with kids. Only downside is the location. It’s misleading. The address on Viator is not where you go. It’s a 20/25 min train ride to the last stop from Rome termini and then one of their employees picks you up and that’s another 15 mins. I picked his place based on location. It wasn’t that bad but still, i wasn’t aware of that it’s so far from location. Pizza was good. Atmosphere was good. My kids would remember the experience as being positive.
We absolutely loved our experience here!! We had so much fun, got to know all the other cooking class attendees and just had so many laughs! The food was amazing and we would highly recommend!
The cooking class was such a fun experience!! From start to finish the class was engaging! We got to make homemade pizza and put it in the pizza oven ourselves (SO COOL)! Making pasta from scratch was an experience I’ll never forget! The class overall I would recommend time and time again! It was so fun and left with a full stomach!!
Wonderful experience except for the heat wave. This venue is outdoors in a beautiful country side but not recommended for August with heat and mosquitos. We did have a fabulous time learning new cooking methods.
Make sure you call the guy at least 3 times and confirm the correct meeting point as they give you four different addresses 1 of which doesnt exist the others being at least 30 mins away from the other and a 70 euro cab ride . ... heads up its not even in the city of Rome its in a cooking school outside the city limits. We asked for a refund since we had 75yr old and a 10 yr old and obviously went to the meeting point in there most "recent" message to us. Oh BTW there were multiple confusing changes that were sent via whats app half of which made no sense. They them selves say dont click on the location point in Google maps cause its no where near the place.. then why have it. They refused to issue a refund so I have now reported them to BBB and canceled the card on file Good Luck to them. BE CAREFUL READ ALLLLLL SMALL DETAILS lots of confusion
Gentile signora, non ci sono piccoli dettagli da leggere ma semplicemente bisogna leggere quello che é molto chiaramente descritto nella nostra attività. Lei si è rifiutata di prendere il mezzo più semplice e sicuro per recarsi al meeting point che le sarebbe costato 1 euro non 70. Suo marito aveva perfettamente inteso il meeting point, che é facile da raggiungere e dista 15 minuti da dove lei si trovava (erroneamente e non per causa nostra ovviamente). Adesso questa recensione dimostra il vostro atteggiamento malevolo nei nostri confronti. Mi ha chiaramente minacciato che se non l'avessi rimborsata avrebbe sia aperto una disputa bancaria ed evidentemente non le é bastato. Noi non abbiamo informazioni scritte in piccolo di nascosto, lavoriamo onestamente da 14 anni e ovviamente quando un cliente ci chiede cancellazione e rimborso durante il collecting del meeting point perché non ha letto dove dover andare (come le ho dimostrato su whatsapp) non possiamo accontentare la richiesta.
Really enjoyed the experience. The setup was really nice and the staff were great. However, there was a child there that was a distraction and took away from the overall experience.
We had a lovely and lively evening learning how to make pasta and pizza. Enjoying the fruits of our labor was a fine way to end the class. Definitely recommend.
It was very hot in the pizza/pasta making room but the teachers were very sweet and knowledgeable. We left full and pleased with our visit!
This was a wonderful experience! Yes Viator has the incorrect point marked on the map. However the school tells you this in all its communication. You can take the metro to Laurentina, which is what we did. David was our driver and was there as expected and we had wonderful conversations on our way to and from the school. Now, onto the class! We can’t say enough about this fantastic experience!! We had Chef Michele and he was informative and entertaining. We learned about how to make pasta dough then we made two types of pasta: cavatelli and fettuccine. The pastas were made with a red sauce for the cavatelli and simple “alfredo” sauce for the fettuccine… no cream as we are used to in the USA. Both were amazing. Making of the pizza was another highlight and the favorite for my younger children. It was delicious! Easily the most delicious pizza we had during our tour of Italy. They provide wines, from a local winery, and plenty of cold water included with the class. You will not leave hungry or thirsty! Such an amazing experience with wonderful people who love what they do. We hope you are up for a bit of an adventure and visit this beautiful hidden gem.
This was a great class. It was very hands on! It's pretty far out of the city, but easy to access via the metro. I was met by someone from the class and their directions were easy to follow.
