Boek deze betoverende nachtelijke wandeling door de Eeuwige Stad en laat de drukte en de hitte achter je. Met je deskundige Engelse gids hoor je de ongelooflijke geschiedenis van Rome terwijl je de prachtig verlichte monumenten bezoekt. De tour begint bij de Vierstromenfontein op Piazza Navona - het meest uitgebreide plein / piazza van Rome. Ontdek de vele toepassingen in de afgelopen 2000 jaar. Als je door de rustieke kasseien van het historische centrum loopt, ga je naar het Pantheon - een van de meest ongelooflijke gebouwen ter wereld. Volgende: de Trevifontein. Dit is absoluut de meest romantische plek van Rome, zeker onder het maanlicht. We zullen hier een korte bek nemen om munten in te gooien en foto's te maken na een uitgebreide uitleg. Daarna bezoeken we het oude Rome en het Colosseum. Loop over de meest iconische weg van Rome, Via Fori Imperiale, en ontdek de Oude Stad / Forum Romanum. De tour eindigt met de grote finale - een onvergetelijk panoramisch uitzicht op het Colosseum.

Easy pace walking tour with plenty of time for photos and questions. Wear good walking shoes to handle the cobbles and uneven pavement. No microphone so can be hard to hear in crowded areas.
For the hot days in summer this evening tour was perfect. A plus was less people at the different point of interest. But what made this tour exceptional was our tour guide Pamela. She was not only knowledge, but presented the information in a fun manner. The small group also makes the tour more personalized.
Finished and started on time! Dan was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions and went out of his way to make the tour enjoyable.
Shannon was our guide and i have to say, she was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Shannon was also very good at giving us additional information on opening times for any attractions we visited & had useful tips. The speed of the walking was perfect. My 2 daughters enjoyed it too, even my youngest of 11 years old. I would recommend this tour at the beginning of a Rome holiday as it will give you inspiration to what attractions you want to go back and visit either throughout the day or in the evening. Plus any restaurants, cafes etc to visit. It would be recommended to wear comfortable footwear, as we covered a lot of ground and the tour was approx. 2.5 hours.
