The absolute worst experience ever. You can just buy tickets at the top of the stairs from the museum directly. Kids are free. I wasted $90 with this company and they were rude.

I was a little shocked when I found out this was an, your on your own tour. However, that is exactly what we needed. There are a lot of stairs, then more stairs, never ending stairs. I have a knee replacement, I was able to go at my own pace. You do not need a guide. It was a really good experience. I’m glad this tour was the way it was.
Lovely to walk around for free and see the great architecture. Tickets to go up to viewing platform were great. Wonderful discount for disabled card holders. It was honestly the best views, and a great way to see over Rome!!
My adult daughter and I had a fantastic experience viewing Rome from the top of Altar of the Fatherland, amazing views of the Coliseum and St. Peter's Dome.
Very touching and educational telling the history of the people of Italy and their will to survive. To always remember those who gave their lives in defense of freedom.
Very poor communication, employees who do not think a millimeter! Although the counter asked where the meeting point was, and it was clear that the tickets had to be validated, the employee did not communicate this and sent us to the ticket station, there we learned that they were provisional tickets. WhatsApp requests were not answered. When we returned to the office and we asked why she had sent us on, she said she thought we already had tickets. Incredibly incompetent employee.
The Altar of the Fatherland, also known as the Vittoriano, is perhaps the most representative monument of the Roman Risorgimento. Built between 1885 and 1911 to celebrate Vittorio Emanuele II, the first king of Italy, it rises with its white bulk, high staircase and monumental colonnade overlooking Piazza Venezia. It houses the tomb of the Unknown Soldier, which commemorates all soldiers who fell in the war, the Central Museum of the Risorgimento and the Shrine of Flags. With an elevator you can climb to its summit from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Rome

We walked around building twice and asked 3 different employees how to get a ticket voucher….. even though we were charged for tickets already on this app., and none of the employees was able to direct us to where we needed to go. We gave up and left. Not happy with lack of signage or how to get a ticket to go up the elevator.
