Er zijn veel tangoshows in Buenos Aires, maar als je zin hebt in luxe, dan is alleen de Rojo Tango Show iets voor jou. Deze eersteklas ervaring speelt zich af in het cabarettheater van het high-end, designer Faena Hotel. Kijk naar tangodansers in klederdracht, met vocalisten en een liveorkest dat bijdraagt aan de powerhouse-show, terwijl attente medewerkers baron B-champagne in uw kristallen wijnglas gieten. Geniet van nog meer weelde in de Oude Wereld met een upgrade om te genieten van een driegangendiner bij kaarslicht aan een tafel met kaarslicht. Hoteltransport inbegrepen.

Beleef een onvergetelijke avond vol elegantie en passie in de exclusieve wijk Puerto Madero met de veelgeprezen Rojo Tango Show in het luxueuze Faena Hotel. Bij aankomst komt u binnen via een discrete deuropening die door een verfijnde gang met winkels en restaurants leidt, in het intieme cabarettheater waar de show plaatsvindt. De setting -karmozijnrode verlichting, een mahoniehouten piano en pluche rode fluwelen stoelen - creëert een boeiende sfeer. Als u kiest voor de dineroptie, geniet u van een gastronomisch driegangendiner in combinatie met premium Argentijnse wijnen. Als u kiest voor de show-only ervaring, kom dan gewoon op tijd om plaats te nemen en te genieten van de inbegrepen drankjes. De ongeveer 90 minuten durende voorstelling volgt de geschiedenis van de tango, van zijn wortels in cabarets uit het begin van de 20e eeuw tot de evolutie van de tango nuevo, gepopulariseerd door Ástor Piazzolla. De show bestaat uit een live orkest, krachtige vocalisten en vijf koppels in historische kostuums die adembenemende choreografie uitvoeren.

Such a unique experience to see the Togo tango show! The show was the perfect length - not too long and not too short. Would recommend!
I had much higher expectations for the event. The food is reasonable — good, but not less than a score of 6 or 7. The Mood is beautiful, as is the arrival at the hotel, but the extreme heat inside the space has totally damaged the experience. The air conditioning was in trouble, which made it difficult to enjoy both the dinner and the presentation. The tango performance, on the other hand, is indeed beautiful and exciting. However, unfortunately, we were unable to take full advantage of the inconvenience. For the value of the ticket, I believe the event leaves much to be desired. Won't come back.
I don't expect to see any better tango dancing than this - stunning. The production is beautifully presented, with gorgeous costumes and tasteful eroticism. I appreciated the presence of live music rather than recorded, and it was lovely to hear the Piazzola pieces included. Full marks.
The transportation, food, wines, service and show were wonderful. Unfortunately, seated on the platform next to the band, I probably had the only seat in the small cabaret room which had the view restricted by a column. This only affected those parts of the show which took place on the bar top (spoiler alert). The seat wasn't sold as restricted view and it only became apparent part way through the show. Otherwise brilliant.
The show itself was fantastic, however the food was average and I had to make my own way to and from a pick-up point as apparently staying in a hotel in Palermo was too much. This meant that late at night I had to find a taxi to get back to my hotel. For the price I paid, which was exorbitant, there was not value for money. I felt ripped off
Well oiled show and dinner with very well organized transfers. As long as you realise that this is designed for a tourist and has nothing to do with actual tango dances you will enjoy it. We definitely did enjoy it Dinner was just OK.
Had an absolutely fantastic time from the food the show the setting and especially the company would highly recommend lovely people and very welcoming city

Show was good. Place was very tight and small. Food & service was satisfactory. Hotel pickup was good. We had asked for one hour earlier pickup from our hotel which to our disappointment was not honored. Show price is on the expensive side

You requested to schedule the pick-up service at 7PM, that was impossible since the staff of the tango house is not attending people at that time. The dinner starts at 8:45PM approximately. A wonderful experience and even had vegetarian options! Show started at 10:15 and went until 11:30 pm. Recommend doing dinner and the show for the full experience.
The experience was not worth the price of the ticket. Our seats were crammed in the back with an obstructed view to the dancers and the band. While the dancers are professionally trained and exceptionally talented, the show was very kitschy. The description of the show on their website and internet didn’t meet expectations.
