Beleef Rocinha als een echte inwoner! Onze lokale gids, geaccrediteerd en met een toegangspas, leidt u door steegjes, winkels, graffitimuurwerken en over het voetbalveld. De tour omvat een klim per motor of busje, een afdaling te voet en een bezoek aan een dakterras met panoramisch uitzicht, perfect voor foto's en video's. Optionele dronevideo (informeer naar de prijzen op de dag van de tour).

De echte Rolé de Cria! Onze favela-tour in Rocinha is een unieke tour, onder leiding van lokale gidsen met toegangsbewijzen, die een complete ervaring door de straten van de gemeenschap biedt. Tijdens de tour gaan we per motor of, als u dat liever hebt, per busje de favela in. We bezochten ook een dakterras hoog boven de favela, met een fantastisch uitzicht, en wandelden de favela in, door steegjes en smalle straatjes met trappen en enkele smalle doorgangen – iets wat gebruikelijk is in een favela – waardoor we het dagelijks leven en de energie van de plek van dichtbij konden ervaren.

- Kinderen moeten bij een volwassene op schoot zitten

Our experience with the Beto guide was simply 10/10! Beto knows Rio de Janeiro from all possible angles and thanks to him we were able to discover the city in a truly exceptional way. He shared with us many knowledge, stories and amazing tips that made each visit even more interesting and special. We made a tour of the Rocinha with the guide Gabriel and it was an incredible experience. From the beginning he showed a lot of knowledge about the history of the community, explaining in a clear and interesting way how the Rocinha developed over the years. Gabriel was always very professional, friendly and respectful with the locals, which made the visit authentic. Rather than just a tourist tour, we felt we really learned about the culture, the day-to-day and the challenges of the community. He also answered all our questions with a lot of patience and brought various curiosities that we would not find easily on guides or on the internet. We highly recommend taking the tour with Gabriel. It was undoubtedly one of the most significant moments of our visit to Rio de Janeiro.

The guides picked us up on time and at meeting point. We made our way up favela in moto which was one of the best parts. I never felt unsafe as I followed instructions and didn’t record or have my phone out when I was told not to. The families who allowed us on their rooftops for vantage points and drone footage were also very welcoming and friendly. 10/10, this experience is a must if you’re in Rio!!
