Begin uw reis met een persoonlijke ophaalservice bij de cruisehaven in een privévoertuig, terwijl u geniet van een schilderachtig uitzicht op de oceaan tijdens de rit van 20 minuten naar West Bay Beach. Ons team op het strand zal u alle essentiële informatie verstrekken die u nodig heeft. Geniet van comfort met strandstoelen, douches en Wi-Fi, samen met uitzonderlijke service in ons restaurant en bar aan het strand. Je hebt 3 tot 6 uur de tijd om te genieten van het ongerepte strand met kristalhelder water en wit zand. We zorgen ruimschoots voor vertrek voor een veilige terugkeer naar de cruisehaven, begeleid door onze tweetalige chauffeur, Bill. Het is ons doel om u van begin tot eind een opmerkelijke ervaring te bieden.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De vergadertijd is gepland op één uur nadat uw schip in de haven is aangemeerd. De verzendtijd en lokale tijd kunnen verschillen, daarom hebben we de vergadertijd dienovereenkomstig aangepast. Als de aankomsttijd van uw schip verandert, blijft de vergadertijd één uur na uw aankomst. U kunt indien mogelijk eerder dan een uur na het aanmeren van boord gaan, aangezien onze reisvertegenwoordigers beschikbaar zijn voordat uw schip arriveert. U kunt er zeker van zijn dat als u niet binnen het uur kunt komen, onze vertegenwoordigers op u wachten. INSTRUCTIES MAHOGANY BAY CARNAVAL CRUISE HAVEN: HOE U ONS kunt vinden * Loop door het winkelcentrum. * Verlaat de overdekte loopbrug en vind de Carnival Taxi's en bussen. * Sla linksaf als u de weg bereikt en loop bergopwaarts naar de Security Gate. * Loop de kleine heuvel af en onderaan zie je onze staf een bord vasthouden met de tekst "ROATÁN TUCAN ADVENTURES". VERGADERINSTRUCTIES VOOR DE "HAVEN VAN ROATAN, COXEN HOLE. • Als u van het schip stapt, loopt u de haven in. Passeer de winkels, passeer de kunstmatige rotsen en het schilderij aan de muur aan uw rechterkant. • Sla rechtsaf waar u de winkel “Piraña Joe” vindt. • Blijf vooruit lopen. Sla rechtsaf voordat u bij de “Tucán Gift shop” komt. • Loop onder het overdekte dak door en volg de havenborden richting 'Port Offices', 'Taxi' en 'Exit'. Je komt bij een overdekt paviljoen met aan weerszijden kraampjes die worden bewoond door bedrijven die hun rondleidingen promoten. • Ga rechtdoor door dit gebied en volg het trottoir rechtdoor. Zoek naar beveiligingspoort 1. Ga daar naar buiten. • We staan direct buiten de beveiligingspoort met een bord met de tekst "ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES". Als u in een hotel in Roatán verblijft, geeft u ons uw gegevens en adres op, dan halen wij u op de juiste tijd en datum op. Ons team zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, zodat u een zorgeloze ervaring heeft.

Our driver, Murphy was amazing, very knowledgeable, and nice! He met us and walked us to the car and made sure we felt safe! He even walked us into the resort and made sure we were good before he left. He even asked us if there was anything else we wanted to do besides go to the beach and even gave us suggestions. The resort was good, the beach was good, but the hagglers were HORRIBLE! They even came into the resort part to bother us after several times of telling them no. They started rubbing oil on us while we were saying no and then after our “free” 2 minutes basically forced us to give them $40, because they gathered around us and would not leave!! We definitely wish they enforced no soliciting and no haggling better! We will not go back to that beach if we go there again because of this!
We had a wonderful day in Roatán thanks to the best driver and guide, Tyler Sanchez! He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of—from getting us to and from our resort on time to making sure we got back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. He shared so much knowledge about the island, showed us local favorites, and even called ahead to a local restaurant so our food would be ready when we arrived. The hospitality was outstanding! If you’re planning a trip to Roatán, do yourself a favor and ask for Tyler Sanchez. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Tyler, for making our day so memorable!
Diana with Tucan Tours was an amazing guide. She was kind, friendly and welcoming. Above all, she was enthusiastic! She took us to the beach club we had booked for the day while we were on our cruise. She also offered to stop along the way so we could get pictures at the Roatan sign, etc. When we arrived at the beach club, she made sure we got our wristbands and a great chair on the beach. She was there every step of the way and we had such a positive experience!
Excellent experience, highly recommend west bay beach .The best at Roatan.Our guide Ruth Amaya, was great. The food is pricey, but you can find better options across many restaurants on the beach.
Kendall, our private driver/guide was very professional and knowledgable about the local area and what to do. He offered to take us anywhere we wanted and had great suggestions. The only thing we really wanted to do was go to the beach and so we just went to the Henry Morgan resort beach. The beach was soooooo nice and chill. Very clean, beautiful fine sand and clear water. Variety of chairs to lay out on - shade or sun options available. We didn't eat there but people around us seemed to enjoy their meals/drinks. Originally we had an issue with the booking, but it was our fault for accidentally scheduling the wrong day. The staff that met us at the meeting point was very attentive and helped us immediately get in touch with the tour operating headquarters and they got us a driver right away!! What great service. We felt completely safe and cared for the whole time. Highly recommended.
Jose is the best tour guide/driver. Knowledgeable, accommodating and very kind and patient with all of us, a group of 12 with young kids and teenagers. We had the most amazing day in Roatan, all thanks to him.

The driver, Carlos, was amazing. In addition to the resort, he offered to drive us anywhere so we went to a scenic overlook and chocolate factory. We had a great time chatting with him, and he shared a lot of facts about the island. Having a private driver was worth it!
Simple walk out of the port to meet the driver. Ride was comfortable and scenic. Our guide Tonya was very kind and spoke clear English. The beach resort was beautiful, easy access to amenities and most importantly the beach and the crystal clear water. There are solicitors walking the beach, but even they seemed friendly while trying to sell their goods.
Our driver (Juliana or Diana can’t remember the name) was AMAZING!! She was so kind. Beach was absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend
