Great opportunity to learn to cook your favourite Thai dish as Apple provides extensive list to choose from. Market visit to pick up ingredients very informative, and the food fabulous.

My family of 4 (including 2 kids, 7 and 8 years old) attended Apple's Thai cooking class in July 2026. We all had a wonderful experience and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Khao Lak. Apple picked us up from our hotel and took us to the local market. It was an eye opening experience for the kids and they are still talking about it. We then settled into cooking at Apple's house. She has a lovely dedicated area to the side of her house and is supported by a couple of lovely young girls to help out. The kids and us got a hands on experience and Apple was very open to the kids doing everything and just going with the flow of what the kids wanted! The food we cooked were all so simple to cook and honestly the best Thai food we had on our trip! There was so much food and it was enjoyed by both adults and kids. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone considering it.

What a fun cooking workshop. Apple takes you to Thai cuisine in its enthusiasm. The recipes are delicious. Very nice to get these too, so we can enjoy it again. The guidance is very good and very relaxed. And very nice that you can each choose your own recipe and look at the other.

Absolutely loved doing this cooking class. Chef Apple was so accommodating and very knowledgeable. She gave so many tips on creating the perfect Thai dish. Picked us up personally and took us on a tour through the food markets telling us what is fresh and what isn't. We had a fantastic time and so much food to eat afterwards

What a wonderful local experience complete with a delicious meal. Apple was so lovely, explaining foods at the market to us and then teaching us how to cook from first principles. Green curry. Red curry. Pad sii ewe. Eggplant and pork. All dishes were delicious and I look forward to cooking them back in Australia. I would definitely do this again and learn new recipes when we come back.

Chef Apple was amazing! From the moment we met her at pickup til drop off we had an amazing time. She was able to accommodate every dietary restriction we had. Everything was a 100/100. The food, recipe's, market, staff were all great. Learned a lot about Thai food and produce. Very educational. Would definitely book again.
