Middag excursie op de route van de Grand Tour of Switzerland naar het spectaculaire Noord-Zwitserland. Ontdek de prachtige Rijnwatervallen, Europa's grootste waterval, gevolgd door een bezoek aan de middeleeuwse stad Stein am Rhein.

Bereik het eerste hoogtepunt van deze middag bij het prachtige middeleeuwse kasteel Laufen - de machtige Rijnwatervallen! Geniet van ongeveer een uur vrije tijd bij de grootste watervallen van Europa en een van de belangrijkste toeristische attracties van Zwitserland! Geniet van unieke uitzichten vanaf de panoramische lift en zie hoe gemiddeld 700.000 liter water per seconde over een breedte van 150 meter het bassin eronder induikt. Het panoramische pad Belvedere brengt je naar het uitkijkplatform recht boven de watervallen, waar je het kabbelende water voelt. Maak een optionele boottocht (alleen in de zomer) dicht bij de watervallen.
Vervolg uw weg via Schaffhausen met zijn bekende fort Munot en passeer het prachtige landschap.
Tijdens een begeleide wandeling leer je over de goed bewaarde oude stad met zijn vele karakteristieke gebouwen. De meeste van deze vakwerkhuizen zijn gemaakt van steen met delicate houten ramen en verbluffen bezoekers met hun uitzonderlijke fresco's. De meest prominente van deze huizen is de Witte Adelaar, wiens fresco geldt als de oudste bewaard gebleven muurschildering uit de Renaissance in Zwitserland.

We (my partner and I) just got home from a full day with Sergio and we are speechless. The amount of knowledge and historical background he has really makes everything come alive! He did an amazing job taking us through Old Town Zürich, the Rhine Falls, and Stein am Rhein (with a stop in Schaffhausen to visit the IWC museum), and recommended an GEM of a Italian restaurant for late lunch. Sergio made the whole day (10am-6pm) an absolute blast. Top class! Sergio, grazie per la giornata fantastica! Non vedo l'ora di vederti la prossima volta che saremo a Zurigo!
Diego was our tour guide and driver. He was pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about the places we visited. It was a full day tour, with Rhine Falls as the highlight. It was amazing to see the falls upclose ad personal, and with a rainbow! Diego accompanied us and readily offered to help our group of 6 take pictures- and he took great pictures, pano, framing and all! We also stopped at a local cafe that had delicious pastries. After he dropped us off at the hotel, he came back later in the evening after finding a little electronic widget that my friend didn’t even realized yet that she had unknowingly dropped it in the car. Truly above and beyond service! Highly recommended.

expensive excursion. we expected interesting stories, but got just a transfer to the place and back in the company of a nice driver. service doesn't match the cost.
Beautiful place that really deserves to be visited. A splendid spectacle of nature. Excursion suitable for everyone. The tour with the boats that go up to the waterfalls is recommended.

Magnificent place that connects you with nature and the beauty that water provides. The entrance ticket is 5 euros and the park shop has good souvenir options. It's really worth visiting the place.
Diego was brilliant, he took us on a lovely scenic route,fantastic boat rise at the Rhein Falls which were spectacular then to the picturesque town of Stein am Rhein
