Beschrijving
Verken de bezienswaardigheden van de oude stad tijdens een Segway tour met een ervaren gids. Op uw eigen elektrische Segway (2 of 4 wielen) vaart u langs belangrijke bezienswaardigheden in de oude stad, zoals de smalle steegjes, de Straat van de Ridders, de gracht en nog veel meer. Deze tour is beperkt tot slechts vier personen en biedt een ervaring met kleine groepen. Geen eerdere ervaring nodig. Segway is een gemakkelijke, veilige en leuke activiteit voor iedereen. Onze gasten kunnen kiezen tussen de 2 - 4 wielen voertuigen. Na een korte warming-up en kennismaking met Segway leidt uw gids u langs de smalle straatjes van de oude stad waar u "geheime plekjes" zult ontdekken die u nooit te voet zou vinden. Het enige wat u hoeft mee te nemen is uw hoed, zonnebrandcrème, uw comfortschoenen en een camera of selfphone. Als u geen camera of selfphone bezit, kan uw gids tijdens de tour een aantal foto's van u maken en deze gratis naar u opsturen. – Alle apparatuur is inbegrepen (helm, kleine tas, fles water). – Hotel pick-up en drop-off is niet beschikbaar.

Het ontmoetingspunt is bij de oude hamambaden van de oude stad (Arionos-plein) waar onze gids op u wacht op een Segway die u naar ons kantoor op slechts enkele meters afstand leidt. Na een korte warming-up en kennismaking met Segway leidt je gids je door de smalle straatjes van de oude stad waar je "geheime plekken" zult ontdekken die je nooit te voet zou vinden. Het enige dat u moet meenemen, is uw hoed, zonnebrandcrème, uw comfortschoenen en een camera of selfphone. Als je geen camera of selfphone hebt, kan je gids enkele foto's van je maken tijdens de tour en deze naar je toe sturen zonder extra kosten. - Alle apparatuur is inbegrepen (helm, kleine tas, fles water). - Ophalen en afzetten bij hotel is niet mogelijk.

We toured with Bill and he was fantastic! Very humble, kind soul that was knowledgeable and caring for our entire group. We were a group of 6 and we were joined by 2 other that arrived 15 minutes late, but it all worked out OK. Great way to explore the entire city. It does not allow time to shop or eat, but we had enough time in port to do so later. My daughter's 4-wheel unit broke down at the end, but Bill solved it by calling his boss who picked-up my daughter on his motorcycle. In the end, great experience. One thing I regret is not getting a picture of all of us on a Segway but we took a bunch of videos. A couple of us now want to buy a Segway!

Most of my family had not ridden Segways before. It feels awkward at first, but it only takes a few minutes feel comfortable. We spent 3 hours with Bill who was great. He had a good sense of humor. He gave us an overview of Rhodes and introduced us to some local candies. My teens thought this was the best way to see the area and rated it their favorite adventure of our recent trip.

This experience was AWESOME! Our family had the best time with our guide Bill, zooming through the alleyways and sidewalks of Rhodes on Segways and Mias. Bill was very knowledgeable of the history and took us on a great ride through the old city. Cannot recommend this experience and this company enough!!

We did the 3 hours tour and it was amazing! We had a fantastic time with our guide Nikos and went back home with many wonderful impressions, lovely pictures and even videos that Nikos took during the tour. The different areas of this tour made it very special because we went with the Segways through the narrow streets of the old town as well as to the harbour and within the moat. That was simply great! This was an awesome experience! Our guide, Bill, looked after us while he showed us amazing sights around the city. This was the most fun excursion I have ever done! The segways were easy to ride and allowed us to see much more of the city than we might have without them.
