This was a repeat visit. Very engaging and knowledgeable guides! Wonderful asian / mediterranean fusion food served with a lovely sparkling wine! The salad is a must try! Made with locally sourced homegrown vegetables. Highly recommend this cruise! Captain knows his wine and we got a lot of inside tips on tourism in Rhodes. I will definitely use this cruise again, should I visit Rhodes again. 10/10 experience!
Edward and Isabella were very welcoming to us during our day trip. Our family had a great time. Most of the food is prepared with ingredients grown in the captain's garden. We tasted Vietnamese spring rolls, salads and pasta with simple but delicious ingredients. The champagne they offer is of excellent quality. Thank you so much for your hospitality and making us feel at home. Thank you very much for your service and hospitality! If you're looking for a private cruise for the whole family, I highly recommend them!
Wonderful trip for the day with amazing food, great hospitality, on a wonderful boat with plenty of room and a quiet engine and beautiful sails. The highlight was the home cooked lunch and champagne tasting. Highly recommend one of the best moments of our week in Greece. Sailing Edisa is the trip to pick. Kids loved the mocktails, I loved the fresh salad, and captain Ed and first mate Isabela.
We are a family of 6, my wife and I, our oldest daughter her husband and our 2 grandkids. We had an amazing experience with Sailing Edisa, Eduardo the captain and Isabella treated us like family, they gave us an incredible service. The captain is very experienced and safety oriented a high level of comfort.The boat was very comfortable. Isabella prepared for us an incredible lunch … the veal was the best I have had in my life. Our entire family including the kids loved the lunch. And yes we loved the cocktails the wine and the champagne. We do a lot of traveling and we highly recommend This experience. 👍👍👍👍👍
Sailing Edisa was amazing!! The food was great and freshly made. We had lunch full with salad, spring rolls, pasta, pork and champagne. There was plenty to drink with great cocktails and mocktails for those who didn’t want anything alcoholic. The views were absolutely beautiful throughout our sail. Everything was very convenient because we were picked up and dropped off from where our cruise docked. Overall it was a great experience and if you are looking for a private sail I would definitely recommend!!!
Our private sailing experience with Sailing Edisa in Rhodes was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Greece! From the moment we stepped aboard, Isabella and Edward made us feel like family. Isabella is incredibly warm, personable, and welcoming, and her hospitality is second to none. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making us feel completely at home. The lunch was absolutely outstanding—everything was homemade from scratch. The spaghetti sauce was incredible, the marinated pork was tender and flavorful, the spring rolls were delicious, and the fresh salad was made with herbs and vegetables from their own garden. You could truly taste the love and care that went into every dish. The drinks were just as memorable. They served wonderful champagne and wine, along with the most refreshing mango and hibiscus cocktails. They even made a special mocktail for our son, who is an extremely picky eater and drinker—and he absolutely loved it! That small gesture meant so much to us. Captain Edward made us feel completely safe and relaxed throughout the day. His experience and calm demeanor allowed us to simply enjoy the beautiful waters around Rhodes without a worry. What made this experience so special wasn’t just the beautiful sailing or the incredible food—it was the genuine kindness of Isabella and Edward. Their warmth, generosity, and passion for what they do created memories our family will treasure forever. This was without a doubt one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Rhodes. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Isabella and Eduard were the most amazing hosts. They made everyone feel welcome from the moment we stepped on board, shared personal stories about their lives and sailing adventures, they were highly interested in the lives of their guests, and were so much fun to chat with throughout the day. If you're looking for a truly personalized and authentic sailing experience, definitely book with them. The homemade food was incredible. The combination of Vietnamese and Mediterranean cuisine was both unique and delicious, and the fresh spring rolls were an absolute highlight of the meal. Everything about the day felt relaxed, personal, and thoughtfully planned. I will definitely be coming back the next time im in Rhodes. Highly, highly recommended!
We had an absolutely fantastic day on this private sailing trip – without a doubt one of the highlights of our holiday in Rhodes. From the moment we stepped on board, we were welcomed by the kindest and most genuine hosts, who made us feel at home right away. It is clear that they are passionate about both sailing and creating an unforgettable experience for their guests. The sailboat is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed several wonderful swimming stops in crystal-clear water, each more beautiful than the last. The food was exceptional – delicious local dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. To top it all off, we were served excellent local wines and champagne, making the experience even more special. The entire day was relaxed, personal, and perfectly organized from beginning to end. If you’re considering a private sailing trip in Rhodes, don’t hesitate – this experience is worth every penny and comes with our highest recommendation. We would book it again in a heartbeat!

Isabella and Eduard were amazing hosts. We sailed along the coast and stopped at a couple swimming spots. It was beautiful. Then Isabella made us the most wonderful lunch. And we had yummy champagne on the trip back. This was a wonderful experience all around and I highly recommend.
